Bashar was the best!

I'm very satisfied Suwanee Home Depot.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was enthusiastically attended to by warm and knowledgeable attendants. I just moved to Suwanee and I am so grateful to have a Home Depot store close by where I trust the attendants and look forward to actually coming back! (and that says a lot coming from me as I am quite terrible at all things handy! lol) Dr. Jee on the register, RJ in Lumber and Mike in Paint are truly exceptional representations of your company. Whether they like it or not, they will forever be my personal Home Depot consultants and I am so grateful for their time :)

It took me three trips to the store to buy what I want it, but at the end of the day it was worth it .The assistant manager did really take care of me for my inconvenience

This stores associates provide Top tier customer service. Tim in hardware is one of the reasons I love shopping at this particular store. He always makes my shopping experience a good one.

This store is always friendly and willing to help. The management team needs to be commended cause it all starts with them. The associates are awesome.

While I was in the paint department I needed assistance and the young person took time from their very busy work and helped me through the difference between paints. I was very, very happy!

This is probably the best HomeDepot in the eastern side of the US. Mostly friendly staff and very helpful...always on point.

Store goes above and beyond in having the store clean and higher great help.

I use my local Home Depot store whenever I can. Not only is the selection good and the prices fair but the employees are motivated and knowledgeable. Much preferrable to the alternatives.

I have been doing some landscaping in my yard, and some of the materials I have been using are quite heavy. In the past, I have always had to load everything by myself. Being a senior citizen, that isn't always easy. This week, an employee named Justin, has magically appeared every time I put my gloves on to load material. He loads everything for me, takes me to the cashier, and loads my car. He is the best and I really appreciate his help.

Excellent experience - Jacobi approached me, offered to help and loaded ten heavy pea gravel bags on a cart, and unloaded them on my car. Jacobi had an amazing and positive attitude...well done Suwanee management team!

Tee went over and beyond, great customer service

I ordered a number of kitchen furniture and I messed up ordering double wrong piece. Thanks to Katrina for her steadfast patience. Knowledge to correct my error with speed and kindness. Should be employee of all times and an example of customer care to every customer employee. This particular location has ALWAYS been top notch service . We travel 45 minutes to get to this Home Depot because of their customer service.

People care and are so nice

The Home Depot in Suwanee, GA is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to most of them around Atlanta, GA! The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful! Leland aka Dr. Lee is the best employee there and is always in the best mood! He is very thorough and quick with checking my items out and bagging them! Even when I have 6-7 carts full of stuff! Can’t say enough about how great this Home Depot is!

The sales Manger Sandra had a very bad attitude to be a sales Manger in the appliance department she should not be working with people and I would always warn people about the problem I had with her and how she treated me and I hope that they would take her out of that position and put her were she could not treat another customer like she treated me poor business may not deal with this home depot again and they do have some other very good people there but she has left a sour taste 8n my mouth now

We came into this store as our last hope after shopping all day for major kitchen appliances. The department was well organized, signage gave us clear expectations for availability and delivery. We are thrilled with the range, microwave, and fridge we were able to purchase in spite of all the supply chain issues these days.

Steven in lumber was very patient and helped measure and cut all the wood I bought to make some shelves. The lady in the paint department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly as well! And Clarence was our cashier sending us out with a couple of great “Dad Jokes!” Best Home Depot Experience I’ve had!

Sales folks and checkout folks are very friendly and helpful

Store is clean and well stocked and it seems that I can always find what I’m looking for at the Suwanee HD. Emily is our “go to” and can always unravel our delimmas with orders, returns, deliveries, etc. we could never have completed our renovation without the helpful employees at Suwanee HD!
