I highly recommend this store. The sales associates were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product she represents. It is impressive to see the young people respect their customers and peers. I will shop again and recommend this store to my family and friends. Thank you very much to Yeimy Vasquez for assisting me with my window blinds. She answered all the basic questions I needed to know to understand the terms and conditions of purchasing the window blinds.

If you need help, be sure to ask for Patricia, Gio, Anthony or Monica. Any of them can do the most for you. So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just pleasant AF. Dream Team!

Don't kid yourself, this store and this company in general is not looking to help you out. They are just in it for the money. The store is generally not updated, things are not available and trying to get some help takes longer than the whole trip. Unfortunately you need to shop this items and sometimes they have them. Shop at your own risk and take lots of time.

Beautiful well stocked store, with the best employees, unless you’re in the market for a new stove. Prices go from like $399 all the way to over $5000, with most of the displays gleaned clean of various parts. When asked if a particular stove comes with a particular part the employees shrug and suggest you go online and find out for yourself, and if you prefer to view the stoves that are not picked apart by thieves, you go to the Pomona store, which is not nearby. Otherwise a really great store!

Store was very clean and I was greeted by almost every associate that I came across. I will definitely do all of my shopping here for all my home improvement needs and I'll definitely be back for more toilet paper since they are so overstocked that they built a literal wall of the stuff.

The girl named Cynthia at self checkout is amazing .... not only is she beautiful and very nice , she has a very positive and outgoing attitude. She has the answers to any questions about any type of product or were I would be able to find them .5 star service thank you Cynthia =)

All you need is there...

I try not to go to stores right before closing unless I can be quick but this was my one chance to run my errand. I didn't feel rushed or stared down (albeit, I was efficient and knew what I was looking for). I usually enjoy being self-sufficient but I saw the perfect plant hanging just out of reach and instead of climbing on top of stuff per usual I asked an employee restocking/closing down the Garden center. I did say excuse me & ask first if he could help (you know basic human things - people forget that these days, right?). He did not hesitate or give off that energy of feeling pressed away from his task. He pointed to the one and easily placed it into my hands. I wish I had gotten his name (younger guy) but I didn't anticipate a survey! Also, Genesis at the register was SUPER nice! It was one of the last registers open but she greeted me and connected me before getting on with the transaction. She took the time to respectfully interact with my dog (first time at HD) and made her feel special. And she never rushed me or got grumpy when I dug around for change! It was nice to have people who are just caring and thoughtful. From helping me get what I needed to finishing off the experience. We all know what a bummer it is sometimes to just feel rushed out. It doesn't feel great. And it's nice even during the pandemic before closing to have people make sure I was taken care of!

This store has some of the best cashier's and costumer service employees around very polite and very knowledgeable about alot of the items in store would recommend leslie and Maria always go out of there way to help

Sale Cashier Erick was nice and helpful during my checkout time. I saw him disinfect / clean the credit card machine in between customer use which was nice to keep it clean and safe for everybody.
