Finally this Home Depot has improved their customer service my experience this trip was great I could get help from employees and check out was just outstanding fast and friendly. Great job Home Depot keep up the good work.

An Charleston store employee returned a 15% off discount card to me because two of five ceiling fans that I wanted to purchase were unavailable at that location. The cashier returned the one-time use card to me to use in another store. I went to Summerville two days later where I found the other two fans and dealt with a rude customer service rep and a store manager who did not speak to me directly, but refused to honor or provide a discount. I ended up returning the other fans and bought five Hunter fans directly from Hunter with a 20% off discount!!! HD just lost $1,000+ and more of my business.

Just a great shopping experience.

I have shopped there for years but since you have gone to basically all self checkout you can't get help or the shelves are not stocked..you seem like everything has to be ordered online I like to see what I am buying or I would not have gone to the store to get it in the first place

Everyone at this store is super friendly and happy to assist the customer at any time. Today I went to return some lumbers Mrs Donna made my experience smooth, easy and super fast! Shout out to Cashier Donna! I am proud of being a HomeDepot customer.

There is only one Home Depot in Summerville, SC. The employees are very helpful and pleasant to work with. All employees from the floor manager to the checkout person are of great help. Stock levels are reasonably at good levels considering we are just getting over a pandemic. I give this Home Depot a rating of 10. It is the only big box lumber company I go to now days.

I would like to recognize Donna that works at the customer service desk. She went way beyond customer service to help us out. She treated and helped us out like we were old friends. If you ever need assistance ask for Donna because she WILL help out.

Very poor customer service after being told they would load the 20 bags of mulch I purchased. After waiting 20 minutes loaded it myself!

The commercial desk employees are very helpful. If they do not know the answers to your questions, they will go above and beyond to to find the answer or find someone who knows the answer. As with any retail store, mistakes are made. Again they will go above and beyond to rectify the issue quickly. But the mistakes are few and far between.

Store sales rep went out his way to check the limited stock. That is awesome!

I am trying to switch out an old stove and the employee who helped me look at new ones was terrific. He explained the options, helped me understand what I'd need to do.

Do not shop the lumber department. The aisles are never clear which makes it very hard to shop. The managers are fully aware of this, but clearly do not care. Mold all over product. Shelves are never stocked. New management is needed.

Every experience at this store have been A+. Their staff have been helpful and courteous everytime I needed help.

I like shopping at the HD. The store seems cleaner than others and the people are so friendly and helpful. Good selections on items I was looking for. A associate checked on me and asked if he could help us before I could even call for help which I liked. I really like how I can place an order on line and in most cases get it the same day or pick it up the next day if I want. Over all I really enjoy my local HD.

I only shopped in the garden center because I was looking for plants to start my home garden. The selection was very good and the associate working there was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

The lady who helped us decided on the tankless water heater was above amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and that’s the kind of info we needed, and we got. I am so sorry I forgot her name, but I will bet she could help in any area of the store. All I remember is what she looked like and the knowledge flowed out of her and she had been there well over 20 years, I believe she said. I will look for her when I go back. How many stores have employees for that many years. She was a great help, so I will go back to that store, because of her.

Has a wonderful staff at the PRO Desk! We see each other on a daily basis and its great to have cultivated such a great relationship.

should you be looking for an appliance, see Audra at the Summerville Home Depot. her knowledge and efficiency made our refrigarator shopping a joy! I don't know that I can say that about any other clerk whose helped my husband and I make a major appliance purchase.

We purchased a refrigerator and washer/dryer here for our new home last week and the service was excellent. The store was well stock and organized and the staff was very knowledgeable of the products.

The Store in Summerville is very clean, I was greeted by a young lady name Jenn D who took me around the store to get the things I needed for my project, I would like to say THANK YOU JENN D !!!!
