We love coming to the home Depot because everybody is extremely courteous and helpful all the time. We've been working on our home for the last 6 months and visit the store multiple times a week. Everybody always says hello and helps us with whatever we need. The store is never a mess and everything we need is usually in stock! This is the only home Depot we will go to!!

We unfortunately don’t have any handymen in our life and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind.

Looked at and purchased a refrigerator. Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable! Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store to go to.

I am extremely happy for the service I received during my visit to this store. The customer service I received was excellent.

I went into the store twice this week, the store was very clean and when asking the staff they were very friendly and knowledgeable as were items were stocked.

When I walked in I had a return product that I purchased the day before and no receipt. The lady at the register helped me return the product without issue and then called someone to help me find the correct product. I was helped by a young man name Austin who was able to find me the correct product that I needed when I got home. It worked perfect thank you Home Depot.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Will not honor military discount by showing a VA health card.

Had great experience working through an issue with customer service rep Judi. Also, a young man in appliances was very helpful in getting a product for us.

They had the dishwasher in stock and were able to set up a reasonable date to deliver and install. The other store kept us waiting for over 3 weeks and could or would not deliver a dishwasher. So I cancelled the order and went to Home Depot and got SERVICE.

Carrie provided amazing customer service as well as support for the Toro lawnmower I purchased.

This is my go to store for all my at home projects. Just know that although the Depot in accommodating, their delivery warehouse may not be.

I’m in this store almost every day and everyone is very helpful,inventory is off sometimes but we make it work. I know where everything is and getting back and forth from home is a breeze. Prices are great as well.

Repave the parking lot at the Summerville, SC location. Desperate need.

Employees are very caring! Clean and neat!

The employees here are as always great. But the corporate policy on handling inventory control is out of control. Instead of confronting shoplifters they are bow making the shopping experience painful for the paying customer. From isles clogged with kiosks to slow down runners to 1 person now running 2 "assisted checkout" registers its becoming cost prohibitive to shop here.

HDAPRON is a wonderful service that Home Depot provides; it works like a personal shopper. They handle product recommendation, getting an installation quote set up quickly and placing the order for you!

Home Depot employees go out of their way to ignore customers, both in-person and on the phone.

The employees at this location seem extra friendly compared to other similar stores.

I used my Military Discount on several occasions at Home Depot. On 27 Sept 22, I was told to register online to receive my discount.

Dave in paints was amazing. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Employees took the scanner out of its slot and would not allow us to do self-check out. When we asked if we did something wrong, an employee stated 'company policy'. However, none of the other self-checkout stations were "assisted" in this manner. We felt targeted and disrespected by being treated like we were attempting to steal.

If this store would have some regular checkouts, I'd rate it 5 stars. When you need people to help you at the self-checkout, might as well have real cashiers.

I came in looking for rain ponchos, initially two store associates avoided having any interaction (s) with me and my dilemma. They made eye contact with me and continue on with their conversation (body language said it all). I stopped another associate who was helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Upon self checkout the cashier, Leandro, had a smile on his face and extremely helpful at checkout. It is obvious that he enjoys helping others and is not there just for a paycheck. The products and prices home improvement stores offer are compatible to their competitors. It’s the service I get what decides how I send my hard earned money.

Went shopping and of course only self checkout is open. But instead of having 4 to choose from they had 2 shutdown because there was only 1 associate to monitor. I don't get paid to scan my purchase. Do better or I'm done.

I bought some stain for my deck. I went to use it after finishing up the old can. And the color was incorrect. She went ahead an got me a new can . That was fantastic!!!

Home Depot always has the tool it product I need where the other place never does. it is where doers get things done
