Amber is an amazing associate, she is very professional, sweet and caring. He went above and beyond to help us with our needs as far as finding our items, making sure we get the best possible price and even helping us by contacting the home depot credit card department to get the credit card issue resolved. Home depot definitely needs more of her!

I always love coming to this store because the sales associates are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Bought an assembled grill and paid to have it delivered. Instead, the delivered a grill in a box, not assembled and the delivery guys said there was nothing they could do about it so they dropped the box and left.

This store is a little smaller than other Home Depot stores but has a good stock of items and good staff. However, there is almost never any checkout lane open except at one extreme end of the store - they force you to self-checkout. That doesn't work well for a hardware store - I can't pay my staff to stand there and figure out lengths and prices for items so that Home Depot can cut their payroll and get rid of their people's jobs

This is the go to "big box store" for me, its clean, it's stocked, they screws are correctly placed in the aptly marked bins, racks and shelves, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and can answer the majority of questions you may have as a home owner or a business. They have Veteran parking spaces and like all Home Depots I have been too they offer a military discount, just ask and show your military form of ID, which adds up over the course of years of trips in and out of Home Depot. After years of shopping at this store I cannot recall one time leaving upset by anything an employee failed to provide as a service or representative of the Home Depot brand.

Everyone was friendly, the store was clean and Marquis was very helpful to help me out.

Store was clean and Mr Pete helped find what I was looking for in the garden department. Customer service is experience was outstanding! I will definitely come back to shop again!

today's shopping experience was the exception and not for the good. I was over charged by $87.00 ouch. Most of the time I'm super satisfied but today was a disappointment. Lesson. Double check your receipt at the register and make sure quantity and price are correct. I take it for granted most days but good thing I checked. Specially be on the look out for inexperience associates and help them out.

Our experience at this store was great. We are not very good with DIY. Every store team member was more than willing to take the time to gave use advice.

Laverne at self checkout was condescending, rude, and not helpful whatsoever. I have never dealt with someone so rude in any store, ever. There were no other checkstands available so I was stuck with self checkout.

Unlike another store in my area, this Home Depot location went out of their way to help me with questions on the phone and even ended up working with me to let me make the purchase over the phone and pick the item up at a later time. She was unbelievably patient and kind and right now with everything going on, that was so appreciated!

We went to Home Depot to purchase an American flag. We have a military discount on file with Home Depot BUT they would NOT honor my military discount for an American flag!! I guess that's what Home Depot thinks of our military veterans. Shame!

Pete D-28 helped me find rocks for a project I am doing for an assisted living facility. He went above and beyond and showed empathy. I highly recommend this store and more importantly Pete in the garden area.

Overall, employees are willing to help and store Manager, Dave, is more than qualified. I recommend highly and will continue to shop there my my home improvement needs or new purchases, such as a refrigerator/freezer for my patio and the new BBQ just purchased! Store is clean with hand sanitizers, paper towels to wipe down carts and all wear masks for their safety and mine.

I have been going to this store for several years. I can depend on the associates to be friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought my GE washing machine there in April and am very happy with the delivery and set up. Very professional. I just left there after spending time with Pete in the kitchen and bath dept. and he walked me through what I need to know and what to order for my condo renovation. Five stars from me :-)

I love the veteran parking spaces. The store is always clean and the employees are helpful.

Found all products very easily, got assistance immediately, and the employee named Jesse was absolutely phenomenal. Spent a lot of time showing us how to fix what was to him a simple problem but made sure to talk us through it and got us all set.

Stores on Charleston is always great. Inventory is on point. Associates are wearing masks making shopping experience feel a lot safer. Thanks HD

Employees are not friendly or helpful unless you are of a certain race. Came to this store twice today and I'm still waiting on someone to help or let alone speak to me.

My cashier was very friendly and nice .she had a smile on her face and deserves to be recognized for going above an beyond her job duties. I asked her about the weed killer and she told me all about it .

This Home Depot is always clean, and one is able to find one's way fairly easily throughout the store. However, in this time of unchartered waters, again after several trips in the past, there was no Hand Sanitizer or paper towels.
