I recently had to get duplicates keys I was help by mark on the key section and was very rude and told me that I should used the key machine instead. If that’s the case? Then why hire people that doesn’t want to work! I’m a card member for quite sometimes and had spends thousands with this company. I fairly think that I should not be treated this way!! But kaley the cashier was above and beyond!!

This is my favorite store, most of the time I shop here, Everything is amazing starting from returns (Kim and Katya are the the best) I know my way around this store and going to check out, I always try to use station one because cashier Satchia. Because my line of work I visit Home Depot at least once a day. Satchia is by far one of the best, knowledgeable, friendly and fastest cashiers I usually come across. Thank you Satchia and everyone else at this store who works hard to make us happy and satisfied.

I went to the Home Depot on West Charleston to buy flooring for my whole house. When it was delivered they refused to put it in the house even though it had to be in the house to get the same temperature. Then when they came to install it they refused to move the furniture which was advertised as part of the sale. When I called about that they said that they weren’t movers that I had to move my own furniture I’m a 70 year old woman I cannot move my own furniture. Then on top of the amount that they charged me for it the so-called install they charge me $900 for some plastic to put on the floor . When I told them to come and get it that I’d had it with the way they did business they told me they couldn’t come back and get the flooring I would have to bring it to them. There is a lot of flooring for an entire house now I have to figure out how to get it back to them. If you want flooring at the store don’t buy it because their installers won’t install it as advertised if they have to move any furniture.

When you have to purchase something in person, look no further than your neighborhood Home Depot store. Not only can you see and measure the items you need, you can ask for assistance with installation tips and suggestions that might give you a better outcome. Always ask for help-you can learn so much from their experience.

Nice to have a HD so close to the house.

Went to search for iron security bars for 2 windows. The employee who assisted me knew not only where all the items I needed were displayed, but she also knew sizes, how the pieces would be put together, and could make recommendations on installation. I was totally impressed!

Online couldn't take 2 credit cards for payment. I had to go to the store. Explained everything to Abby at CS counter. She took over everything from there, comparing SKUs, prices, options, installs, delivery, paperwork, etc!!! She double checked it all and I left with confidence in my purchase and that all the details were covered! A+ service!!

Great store...excellent and fair prices...employees are all wonderful and very knowledgeable.

I consistently have a wonderful experience at this Home Depot. Special people to ask in the paint section who are SO helpful: Cairo, KMac, and Jim. Helpful, nice, go above and beyond, efficient.

I needed some items I couldn't find at other stores. The have always come thru with what I was needing.

This is the only Home Depot i will go and i pass one coming from my home.I love this location.

I am not one for shopping, until I walked into this Home Depot with my dog. Every employee I dealt with was informed and extremely helpful. They treated me and my dog like we were VIPs - and that is not an exaggeration. I left the store feeling I made some really great new friends. I need to find an excuse to go back - it was that much fun. Even the cashier gave my dog a treat on the way out. Great place, full of great employees.

When I arrived in rentals on New Year's Day I was overwhelmed. Bill promptly helped me, explained thoroughly how to operate the carpet cleaner and he even loaded the heavy machine in my car. I would not have been able to clean my carpet so quickly and thoroughly without Bill's cheerful and thorough help. I am very thankful that he made my challenging task so much easier.

I have never been so pleased with a visit to Home Depot and it was the care that Marlene, Kevin and Nain took to make my trip so wonderful

The aisles were filled with HD employee carts and when i told an employee that the aisle were full of her stuff she replied, Yes, they are." Employees standing around in small groups talking and it did not sound business related.

Always a great place to shop. Friendly team here, helpful all the time. This is my favorite location. A+ to all that work here.

Everyone that I Know and deal with at this store is very good, but there is one person - Satchia is one of the best and most knowledgeable cashiers in every Home Depot that I've seen. She knows how to do her job in the scale of 1 to 100 I would say 100. Very friendly, with charming smile always keeping quick moving and station clean : )TY

In general this is my favorite store. most of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. always ready to go an extra mile to make sure customer is taken care of.90% of the time i use pro desk side check out. My favorite cashier-Satchia. She manages to say hi an great every customer, exchange couple good words while scanning, always knows how to quickly find an item that is missing barcode, she never lets the line to be more then 2 customers. great job Satchia. thank you very much

We went into the store today to buy a deck storage box, a garden hose, and some plants. Maureen helped us and she was simply a joy to work with as she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She cheerfully answered all of our questions and walked us all over the garden and nursery department. She really made the experience awesome! :)

I purchased paint and when I asked where the stucco patch was located I get the response we don't sell it. I said online it says you have it in stock. He replies just because it is online does not mean we have it. I said I have bought it here many times. I walk down the aisle and there it is on the shelf. It would be helpful if the employees in the departments were more knowledgable about the items customers may need for a project.
