This store is excellent. I always find what I need. Employees are helpful. They ways ready to lend a hand. The associates are very helpful, friendly. On a particular day on the lumber section one of the associates help me load my cart with sheet rock I forgot how heavy they are. That was definitely appreciated.

As a loyal customer I was shocked and appalled by the clerk at the customer service desk. When I asked to speak to a manager, the clerk said I am the manager. It was obvious that I needed to talk to someone else to address my concerns. Other employees were told not to answer my questions. Whenever I need home improvement supplies Home Depot has always been my first choice. I will always consider an alternative in the future.

From the minute I approached Rick he was professional, kind and helpful. He found exactly what I was looking for and made my experience at Home Depot today great.

Terrible store. I went there to get Scott’s Outdoor Cleaner which online it said they have 12 in stocks. I ask someone for assistance because I did not know where the aisle is and he found it but the product was not on shelve. He scanned the barcode and it said they had 14 in stock, he calls for seasonal to help me over the intercom. I waited 10 minutes and gave up waiting and ask another employee to help me call for seasonal again! I wait for another 5 minutes, no one is coming to help me. I see a guy formally dress and I asked is he the manager, (Sheldon I think he said his name was) and he said yes. I told him that I waited for almost 30 minutes for help and he got some random employee to help me. This employee was so clueless that I said it was a patio cleaner he thought that it was weed killer. So the employee goes back to the manager and say that it’s not there. So he calls the 4th employee to help me. He got the phone that can scan and search and searches my product on his “phone”. It said at first that they had 14 in stock but it wasn’t on the shelves. He searches it up on the top where all the boxes are held, and it said they had none at all. They did not even try to attempt to look for the box, all they said was sorry. I ask for the mangers first and last name so I can make a complaint about the service, he told me his first name and I asked for his last name and he became very aggressive about why I needed his last name and I did not reply. He got very angry. This store has terrible costumer service and barely have the products I need!

The woman work in ng in the paint department would rather text and flirt with the Male employees than make paint and hel pl the customer, its extremely rude!

Well stocked with 2019 Spring gardening needs. Took one star away due to I hate technology taking real people cashiers away.

Two bad experiences in one week Went in for a couple of Rubbermaid totes the ones I wanted were not on the shelf. after approximately 7 minutes I finally found the associate to help me then it took him approximately 5 more minutes to return back to me and then approximately 10 to 15 more minutes to actually get me the totes. So I finally brought my five totes up to the register to pay and the cashier barely said two words to me

The associates throughout the store were friendly and willing to help. They were easy to find. We actually had asked 3 seperate associates (paint department, garden/outdoor department,& plywood department) for help locating an item and they were all helpful and knowledgeable. There were even two Occasions that two seperate associates asked if we needed help. However, The cashier “Erica” was very rude while at checkout. She was on her cellphone in the beginning and end of the transaction, she tossed out shopping bag into the cart and didn’t speak a word even when my husband said”how are you”.

Best home depot on the island. Employees are professional, attentive and respectful to customers needs.

The store was clean, employess were friendly, the only criticism that I have regarding this store location is for them to have plenty of stock onhand that they showcase online at the home depot website. Otherwise, it is a good store to go to shop at and recommend as well.

Not only do I come to this location because it's convenient in regards to location, but the staff is indeed very friendly & incredibly helpful every time.

It helps to come in hand with whatever hardware item you are replacing. They don't always have enough knowledgeable hardware staff out on the floor. With patience , persistance and TIME, you have a very good chance of finding your replacement hardware item!

If you appear to be seeking assistance the employees will frown, and try to avoid you. If you do find an employee they probably don't know the answer to where an item is located.

The store is in great condition and the plumbing department has a jewel by the name of Jeremy that I believe brings the stores value up
