I am satisfied with the items that I purchased today

Security guard was soo nice and so were rest of employees. Justin really pulled through and helped me find everything bc a girl was struggling out here. super nice and helpful because I was so lost tbh. Justin if you see this add me on ig thx it’s the same @ as my nickname

I generally can rely on this store to have products I need. I also find service techs knowledgeable.

Employees are friendly and try all they can to help, but there is often not enough of them.

Limited stock on shelves for MY issue.. Worker had less then an interest in recommending alternative or possible solution. But this is NY and that is to be expected by New Yorker's..

Nicely organized location. Like any other home product store, this location has difficulty being appropriately stocked. The workers however help you narrow your choices by telling you what delivery times are available. This saves you time and energy if you want answers right away. Ask for Sharlene or Lizzy. They'll inform you about everything you need to know.

The home Depot on Forest Ave is the most helpful place i have been to. They are always kind and will get me the answer to any questions even if the person helping is unsure.

Customer service was terrible! The workers need to check the box when something is returned to make sure everything is in it! It shouldn’t be the customers job.

The store is always a mess. The lighting is horrible. The various departments are poorly stocked. I have wasted many a trip going to this store only to find out that the items I needed were not in stock.

I like going to this store , they have many different products and a good selection and the employees seem to care .But I wish all Home Depot’s would have more open registers.

I have found all the store employees to be quite helpful. On a recent visit I want to particularly thank Chrissy, the greeter, Helen, the head cashier and Joe from the paint department. This was not the only time when those 3 have helped me, but it was the first time I discovered their names!! Those 3 employees reflect well on this store's location.

Overall, a good shopping experience. At times, no employees are available for assistance, or are difficult to find. This can vary, depending on time of day and which day.

We've always shop at this store. We tried the other home improvement shore a couple of blocks away and there's always a problem with their shipping and delivery and their lack of communication skills. Home Depot for the past 15 years have always been there for us, we used them to renovate our back yard, if the product is not available it will state that it's not. Always get a call about shipping and how far they are from our home. Never had a bad experience yet (knock on wood), because I refuse to go back to the other store and we gave them several chances because Home Depot did not have the product in stock. The associates are very helpful and friendly. Our last purchase in the appliances department, you have to ask for Yolanda, super helpful, patience and promises to look after us and she did. The refrigerator we want was out of stock, but she said she will keep an eye out for it and will call us and let us know. A week later, she called and state that it's available and we should come down since other couples are also looking. Got there and bought the one we wanted. Another good experience with this store.

The store was clean and tidy. The items were displayed prominently making it easy for me to choose my item. The employees were helpful and courteous. I will recommend this store.

The store is amazingly tidy and clean, and there is a sufficient amount of products to choose from along with a lot of selections.

The associates where very nice. Aaron was our cashier and made our experience quick and easy. He helped us find what we needed and checked us out. He was very welcoming and kind. Great customer service !!
