Major communications issues between departments at this store, the whole experience would test the patience of even Jesus. First they screw up my quote for a flooring project, was able to pull up my original quote but couldn't process payment so they create a new quote and somehow became more expensive for the exact same products/services. Then they were not able to deliver my products before my installation date forcing me to pick up my own product to get it in time, and then THEY CALL ME to tell me that my products were at will ready for pickup, when I arrived less than 2 hours after the call, they told me my order has not been fulfilled or "picked" and I have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. Major issues when it comes to inter-department communications. I recommend if you need/want to make a major purchase and you expect to get what you paid for in a timely manner, I would shop at a different location. In hindsight, I regret my purchase at this location knowing all the hassles it has caused and would definitely be shopping at different location in the future.

So 3x now this store has has #1 pecan landscape blocks that were hard to find, #2 stock that was unavailable in other home depots, #3 The best employee interaction experience of any of the stores I go to. Darrick- thank you for maintaining and providing employees who all seem to go above and beyond happily in helping us- it is appreciated! And to the employees- Thank you so much for maintaining and keeping exceptional attitudes even when the store is slammed with business! I almost don't want to say like it is a best kept secret!

The only horrid Home Depot I have been to in CO. Inattentive, incompetent employees (at least that I had the misfortune of having to interact with)... 10/10 would never point someone here! The Home Depot in Arvada off Wadsworth is a little farther, but 100% worth the trek :)

Store overall is clean. Lacking staff to better assist customer needs.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and that's coming from someone in the service industry. It's more about social hour than working.

Usually you’ll find someone that will help you with questions. Lots of merchandise.

DAQUASHA Was at the service center where I got attended by her really good I had a problem with the Arvada Home Depot 1502 She went ahead above and beyond to help you I really did enjoy her service

I came in the store and the employees at the Pro Desk always friendly and they know their stuff .Kevin G, Eddie, Yvett , always pleasant to talk to .they get us in and out.

The employees are always friendly.. I'd rather come to the Stapleton store than any other store .

Customer service is terrible at this store. I bought a ladder online and received an email that it was ready to pick up. When I went to pick it up they could not find it. They sent me to go find it myself in the store and told me it was in stock even though it wasn’t. They never apologized

Customer service was great however the delivery service sucks not sure what department failed but totally unsatisfied with my online order. I go to pick it up it’s the wrong item, then they offer free delivery but I never get it had to call more then 3 times to fix it . Until I just had to show up in person to ask for my refun

Pallets in aisle, dirty store, unhelpful and untrained staff. Always out of stock. This store is terrible, its worth driving somewhere else.

We were treated very well at this store and would shop there all the time if it were closer to our home. The employees just seemed to be happier to be there even in this stressful time!

Terrible customer services. Bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. When ask for assistance they try to refer you to another department. Employees make little effort to help customers

I found the management and associates at store #1532 to be cordial and helpful. I needed information about equipment rental and options for a specific request for a non-profit organization. The assistant store manager came up front shortly after being paged and accompanied me to the appropriate person and department. He also remained onsite throughout the discussion.

I was really happy with the customer care at this store. They made you feel like a somebody and extremely pleasant. I know you will notice what I mean and will want to take the extra little mile to get to them. The store was very clean stocked and organized. I will be returning to only that location. Check it out for yourself

Store is great! Employees are great. Managers could give extra credit to the employees more often.

I live in the neighborhood. And I'm glad this store is right near my house. It's extremely busy, but all hardware stores are busy nowadays. I just go in, grab my stuff, and leave.

Checkout staff and security guards are rude and single people out to stare at. You are told by management they will correct the problem and issue is never corrected.
