We were here to process some returns and the staff was just amazingly helpful and patient. We had complications in our order because we had to make numerous large orders from out of town for contractors working on my mother-in-law’s house in Aurora. From the people I talked to on the phone to Oscar and Chris who helped me process a torturously complex return, everyone was amazing.

Always very fast service!

I am NOT going to talk about the fiasco of the purchasing, delivery & installation of my dishwasher, which all fault is Home Depot, not contractors involved in installation. Instead, I want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service rec'd from ALANA. Initially she assisted me w/an issue concerning the purchase of dishwasher. After the debacle of installation, I talked w/Alana. She was friendly (again), patient, actually listened to me, empathetic and a true professional. She walks the talk.

Kimbo was a great help. I came out of the store more knowledgeable than when I went in!

I come here to this location mainly on work related shopping trips and they most always have exactly what I need and more of what I want. It's like going into a toys r us for grown folks! Love it

Jose in the lumber department is amazing! Great customer service, great personality, and very knowledgeable about the products the store sells.

I was in the market for a dryer for my home. I accidentally ordered a gas dryer. When it was delivered this mistake was pointed out to me. The delivery people were very nice and really helped me to feel less stupid. However, when the electric dryer came I realized that the return on the gas dryer was not fully completed. I got in touch with Nate who is the manager. He helped to calm me down and he explained how he could help to resolve the issue. He was kind, informative and professional.

Great store, great employees

Cashier, Tequilla went above and beyond in helping me at the store today. I couldn't find an item and she stopped what she was doing to help me. I would continue to shop at this location because of the AMAZING customer service that Tequilla has provided.

Employees are lost between isles.

I purchased window treatments. There were some communication snafus and multiple delays totaling about 2.5 months. The team communicating with me offered a fee adjustment to make things right. I really appreciate that! Window treatments look great and the installer did really nice work!

All the employees are extremely friendly and willing to help answer any questions and assist . I always have a great experience at this location !

I have been to this store in the middle of any day many times. I have been frustrated by many closed gates and stocking ladders blocking isles and making it difficult to get to items throughout the store.

Low product inventory. Bad customer service. Broken checkout machines.

Great store to shop at, everything is where it needs to be and the staff is friendly. Will continue to shop at this store

While in to get paint for my remodel project, Garrison in the paint department went out of his way to offer exceptional service. He not only met me with patience and kindness, he also extended the same attitude to his immediate coworkers. My visit was today was the best I’ve had in a longtime, I highflying recommend using this paint department,

This store is the worst store in Colorado . The employees are rude and lazy The stock is non existent . The store is always filthy . I hate this location

You people have screwed up two roller blind orders in a row. The first one was for 16 blinds and out of the box 4 of them were incorrectly cut. Thats a 25% screw up rate. We reordered them and that order had 3 of the 4 incorrectly cut and all had the wrong color fabric. Thats a 100% screw up rate.. They are showing my Townhome on Thursday and its missing 4 blinds.. Your store manager has no resources to fix anything. Which mean you have provided him with Zero support..

Useless employees on floor to busy to help would rather have loss prevention follow you around and not help find what your shopping for

I needed to recognize and pass along my heartfelt thanks to Nigel, Carmelita, and David and your Stapleton store. I had driven almost 40mins in traffic on Saturday night to find one of the few remaining Milwaukee drills that were on sale and all stores near me where completely out of inventory.  After Carmelita and David had spent alot of time with me trying to find the remaining few drills, Nigel (who is the Store manager, but was on the floor helping his staff like any good leader) overheard our problem. Nigel helped facilitate the search and went above and beyond helping to resolve my problem. What he did after hearing my travel time with my son decided he would make me a customer for life and really made my Father's Day as well.  Nonetheless, as friendly and helpful as Carmelita and David were, Nigel is an A1, top notch manager. His demeanor, accessibility to both staff and customers, and calm decisive leadership is EXACTLY what a corporation should look for when deciding who represents their brand.  Aside from the recognition that they all deserve from whomever is reading this... PLEASE send along my thanks and admiration for the best customer experience I've probably had in the last decade. Nigel, Carmelita, and David... keep doing what you do!

Many employees standing around with little to no knowledge of products and unwilling to help. Christina the manager is condescending. Management unwilling to match price of their online price but offered for me to order and wait 2-24 hours for me to get my item. Had to ask multiple times for help before getting it. I was also told I would have to go outside and look for a cart if I wanted one.
