Raphael was super sweet, quick to check me out, and very polite!

I visited another store and was told no one could help me pay my remaining balance for a delivery. Home Depot customer service told me I had to complete the transaction in a store so I was frustrated by this loop. I was so greatful to get help from Alejandra at this location. She ran into the same issue as the previous store but knew how to navigate the situation and ultimately got me checked out quickly. Everyone at this location was super helpful and kind. I'll likely come back here in the future instead if the location closer to my home because of this stores knowledge and service.

I needed to replace all my Fire Alarms. Mike in Electrical assisted me in getting the right ones. Deidra at check out, assisted me in renewing my card and getting out the door with all I Needed

Too many people begging in the parking lots. Kick them out please.

I picked up what I needed in Garden. The computer said there was 25 bags of garden lime. An employee checked the back and there was none. Frustrating. The beggars in the parking lot need to be removed. I repeatedly refused help and the man choose to put my purchase in the truck anyway. NO means NO!

Was able to get a knowledgeable associate who was willing to help me.

The help from employees is good but Mariah really stands out to me when I have been in the store. Her knowledge & experience stands out to me as she is quick to put me in the right place & get me out of store quickly. Thank you

I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years it always has exactly what I need and if it don't have what I need it always has a great substitute for anything that I need for my home projects I go nowhere else for my home material and will always be a loyal customer

I had no difficulties getting help. I was asked if I needed help on two occasions during one visit. And, when my delivery didn't come through (from a 3rd party), staff went above and beyond to offer me solutions to help me with my renovation. Thanks Stapleton Home Depot. Each staff member I interacted with was a really good experience.

This location is good for contractors and homeowners Some depots seem to cater to one or the other.

Waited 10 minutes after store opening for clerks to arrive at the Returns Pickup counter. There were 2 customers ahead of me in line. Unacceptable customer service.

The Stapleton store has very good inventory control. With other Home Depots, it can be a crapshoot finding an item that the online system shows as being plentiful. Also, the Stapleton store is well kept and has friendly staff.

When shopping at Home Depot in Stapleton, seek out Mike and Nate if you are looking for solutions and not "lip service"!

After waiting and waiting for help to get a heavy piece of SOD, I cruised the parking lot looking for a loader and BRANDON stepped up to the plate, two days in a row- great job young man

The last two times I've been into the store Fifi has been the one to help me. She is kind, very helpful, real, and she is knowledgeable at what she does.

Went in to buy plywood. Took me half a day to get the right product and have it cut in half. Employees not interested in helping. Lumbar department doesn’t respond to multiple pages calling for help.

If you need something done right. Seek Tequila and Tiarah.

Unless we want to drive 20 min to the better store, Lowe’s, we have to deal with this sad excuse of a store. Four employees standing around self checkout and no one is checking out. Maybe have them on the floor helping your customers find stuff and employee one to check people out so I don’t have to do their jobs.

Kimberley in flooring will solve any challenge you have. She’s the best.

I stopped in this particular store out of dumb luck and came across an amazing deal on a track saw that was 50% off!!! Super lucky for me because never have that kind of luck.

They always have everything I need supplied materials paint whatever I may need for the job cuz I do heating and air conditioning sometimes I don't get to my supply house late at night they're here they're open they have what I need very satisfied in their work of taking care of their customers

A very nice place to shop

I was basically ignored while shopping on the floor, when it came to check out, Tatianna make up for the whole shopping experience...

We were here to process some returns and the staff was just amazingly helpful and patient. We had complications in our order because we had to make numerous large orders from out of town for contractors working on my mother-in-law’s house in Aurora. From the people I talked to on the phone to Oscar and Chris who helped me process a torturously complex return, everyone was amazing.
