The pro desk employees are very knowledgeable,

It's small home depot, but the staff here are great. Always friendly and try to help you find what you need. They don't make you feel like you are bothering them. Even the manage here is great, he seem like an A** H*** but he help also. From my judgement, he seem to be a strong manager that got his responsibilities on lock and seem like a very strong leader. I saw and heard him teaching one of the staff about how to conduct them self, when the employee made a mistake.

My Home Depot #6952 rocks! No matter how swamped these employees get, they always keep their cool and happy to assist. And in this Covid-19 time of impatience and bad moods, that says alot!!!, From the concrete jungle to the sweet and friendly DIY nirvana ( : Chris M.

This store is not giving out change anymore and when asked about it, I was told to take my receipt and go ask at the other busy registers and find change myself. When I asked the guy at the pro desk if this is the new standard there, he snapped at me and said there is a change shortage! So apparently its ok to keep my change now? He obviously didn't recognize me in my street clothes. I'm a GC that spends alot of money in that store and am amazed how rudely they treat thier pro regulars.

My cashier, Alexa, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had to order some Dewalt power tools online because they weren’t available in-store. Alexa helped me out with the order and was patient with me when I had to split payment between cash and a couple different cards.

Pamela was so kind and helpful with all my needs. I will definitely be back to this particular home depot.. it was clean, stocked and organized.

Store manager is clueless when theres a kink in the process. Lisa in millworks will help with anything, unless your buying windows go to lowes or a different store!

I bought two bags of Vigoro Red Colored mulch, and it has a nail on one of them. and it went to my finger.

Sucks when you walk into a store and already feel uncomfortable and your doing everything right to try to keep everyone safe during these times and an employee is extremely rude and makes things even worse. We were just trying to check out and from the moment we got into line the customer service was terrible. The lady was extremely rude and acting like it was our fault she had to work. I feel we should all be kind to each other during these times especially people working in customer service.

Cashier very rude. Items on shelf mis-marked and not in correct locations.

The customer care I've received at this store is above and beyond. Store manager Mickey will take care of you and help you find everything you need and more. The store is always nicely stocked but if they are out of an item, they will try their best to get you what you need.

The store was very clean, organized with well stocked shelves. Made finding what I was looking for much easier. Numerous employees offered assistance throughout my visit in the store. That made for a pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you

the short disheveled greasy haired 20 something hispanic ish employee who made my keys, after trying to help the guy first, who told him that I was there first, this guy is incompetent and had a problem making a key correctly and I have to go back, after much inconvenience. Make sure its one of the better trained staff with a friendly helpful attitude thats making your key lest you get disserviced by this angry little man with a napoleon complex or go somewhere else.

This Home Depot isn't crowded. I never wait in a line when I go here. I'm always in and out really fast.

This is the first time I visited this location. I was looking for a mask that my sister and I can use inside the plane for our quick trip to the UK. I was helped by Cristina H & Melanie R. Both girls were very helpful and accommodating. The positive attitude and professionalism that they both displayed were very impressive. Congratulations Home Depot! Two of your Sales Staff (Cristina H & Melanie R) were not only there to sell but they were great ambassadors of your company.

Friendly helpful staff. Chances are they have what you need. If you cant find what you need just ask.
