Employees at customer service were friendly and courteous, however the one cashier that was available was not informed of procedures. Got an attitude when I informed him that I had checked out before without having my credit card in hand.

I universally have a great experience every time I'm in this store. Friendly employees greet me at the door often, I've returned items and had great experiences, bought paint over and over and love the people there, made keys and chatted with the associate that loved his job, and today had excellent service in the lumber section from a lovely guy named Bruce. I even ran into the mom of a friend I had in grade school who now works in the garden section and she is every bit as sweet as she always was. I love home depot, especially this one and I am so happy because it's just 5 minutes away from my house. I frequently make small trips there to get what I need for my projects because I love the store and people there so much.

Tiffany in the Appliance Dept Rocks! We were shopping for an appliance package for our new kitchen remodel, and Tiffany went above and beyond in taking care of us, even staying late to ensure our HD Credit account was activated! If you're looking for appliances and Excellent Customer Service, go visit Tiffany at the Stanton store! Wish I could give 6 Stars!

Many other large stores could learn from Home Depot about providing "excellent customer service"!!

I live across the street and rather drive to Westminster store.

Store was clean, items I was looking were in stock which is a plus! Staff was helpful! If you’re looking for excellent service I recommend Gonzo R!

The Stanton store’s garden center is so well organized & clean and Diane, the sales cashier there was so friendly and helpful! They have a great team in that garden center, whether you are in the front near the plants OR go to the back where I found the hard-scape/ fire pits, etc. I am never going to any other Home Depot garden center! This is the best one and Diane made it so welcoming that I’ll be a loyal customer there from now on. Everyone in the garden center was lovely! This made me even complete the Home Depot survey today, which I have never ever done!!!

amazing family store

I have lived very close to this Home Depot since it was opened. I have shopped at many different locations and still prefer this one because it is close, friendly and it’s where I buy my Christmas tree every year! What can I say? It just feels like home!!

The sale man is nice and professional

Compared to the Home Depot close to me on Garden grove Blvd., I have had the best shopping for kitchen cabinets and some supplies at this Stanton store. The ladies tht helped me so much were Rachelle and Mayra. I will definitely go to this store again as I liked the prompt cooperation and concern for me.

Truong Phan and Gonzalo are two of the best employees at this Home Depot. They were beyond patient and knowledgeable when we came to buying appliances. We would recommend them to anyone shopping for home appliances.

I truly like shopping at the Stanton Home Depot. It is not large like the Westminster or the Lincoln stores, but they make up for that by the quality of their employees.

the store associates here are VERY friendly, professional & helpful. Specifically, Manuel made my shopping experience very quick & convenient. I was looking for a tool set that was $20 cheaper on-line but was sold out & found it in-store. He price matched it for me & saved me a lot of hassle, time & money! He and another associate were very helpful in making my transaction go very smooth. Wish I knew her name but it was on 01/12/21 around 5:45 pm when this took place. If you can identify the girl who was with Manuel at the self-checkout, I want to give her praise for her up & beyond helpful customer service experience alongside Manuel. Thank You guys!

Anna helped me at self checkout with a truckbed toolbox. She was very friendly and very on top of it. Staff quickly got my toolbox down, it was a good experience. Thanks Anna and staff.

THE HOME DEPOT IN STANTON, CA ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE WHAT I NEED FOR ANY REPAIRS AROUND THE HOUSE, THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

There are many things to buy

Employees here are not helpful. When I asked employee in Electrical aisle where I would find a particular type of motion light, he told me he was familiar with product. But they don't have anymore because it's a seasonal item. Now how can a motion light be a seasonal item? I walked around the store and found it in box display in the Lamp aisle. Then when I used self check-out, the item came-up 30% HIGHER than actual price. When I told attendant, she said she could not leave area. Instead I would have to go back and take a photo of item/price on my smart phone and return to register. Really? After waiting in line, I have to do that to correct store problem? I did and showed attendant. She scanned and then manually corrected price (30% LOWER). Afterwards she went to help someone else. But nothing was done to correct the problem, that is, the next purchaser would also be over-charged!

I like Home Depot here. First because it is pretty clear to my house, Second staffs here are friendly & helpful. I bought a Gas Range in 3 days ago. The guy (Gonzalo Reyes) at Appliance Department was really good in service, also knowledgeable. Very pleased. Thank you
