The staff member that has helped me check-out in the past months as well as today is always extremely courteous cheerful and helpful - do not know his name but his ID# H8D 72028 70816 - keep up the good work for Home Depot (the other female attendant was not very courteous)

I was going to have my kitchen renovated by a contractor, but between YouTube tutorials and the expert advice and direction by the Home Depot staff and their extensive product and tool line, I tackled it on my own. The speed of checking out and returning products (I overbought to insure I had enough product handy, instead of having to stop in the middle of the project and get something) was a breeze. The savings were exponential and I am happy with the outcome!

I been shopping at this branch since it opened hours are good as the products sold staff are very Polite & there is always someone in the store that could answer a difficult problem your having.its obvious they screen and hire great people at this store.take it from a person who looks at the big picture as well as i pay attention to the small details of anything i do.all i could hope for is this branch gos back to being open24 hours lol

This particular Home Depot has employees that care and are ready to assist. When you ask for help, you do not feel that you're bothering them like some other stores.

I went to the Centereach store for a blink door bell and module. Inventory stated 5 in store. No one could find one. I asked how is it possible? They sent me to S. Setauket where 11 were in stock. I asked Faith for help. She immediately got some to go up to see if the item was in the upper stock area which Centereach didn't do. FAITH and the other person took the time to find the item rather then make excuses of Inventory errors. Thank you Faith. And the unknown soldier!

Lumber Department a complete mess. Nothing in the right place. Skids of doors in fron of product. No associates from Lumber or floor could show me where the wood saddles were.

The store is cleaner, and the help is better than other HD in the area.

I was shopping at Home Depot today as I often do. I encountered and extremely professional cashier named Karen. she was so helpful with a small issue I was having and she immediately solved my issue in a pleasant way. I never fill out surveys unless something extremely egregious happens; but the pleasantness of Karen was so special that i had to log on and complete this compliment for this valuable Team Member

I am a special Ed teacher and noticed that your company hires a lot of special needs adults to work at your store. I find that absolutely encouraging and wonderful. A young man named Joseph C helped myself and my husband numerous times. I can tell he was special needs and he was the most gracious, consider a young man I've ever dealt with.

Bought a new Frigidare gas stove. Great product & Beth Pantaleo explained everything in full. Great experience, delivery was quick & installed & checked that all worked perfect. Also fully stocked on all house filters. Needed 4 sizes they had them all, other stores only had 1.

I always go to Home Depot for my DIY needs and everything was convenient and easy to do, from looking for my needed materials to checking out.

We bought some electric outlet timers and had to return them. The employees were informative on options to replace, they were also quick and smooth with our return and told us what to expect, how much and were prompt in their transactions. This location employees care!
