Howard the manager helped load heavy mulch into my cart & then made sure I was able to get it in trunk. He was also helped an elderly couple with their purchase. He was making sure all on line received help

It starts with Jim. He runs a tight ship and obviously focuses on customer service! If you are lucky enough to deal with “T” or Nicole then you are in amazing hands. I’ve had a couple issues but they were able to solve them no problems! Total rockstars!

Larry in the lumber department was great. Put our order through efficiently, respectfully and without any hassles. He was knowledgeable and polite.

Went in to buy an air conditioner that was in stock, but not off the pallet. In short, every single employee I interacted with demonstrated an obvious disinterest in helping me spend $300, giving me a bunch of made up reasons why they can’t help when it was obvious that no one wanted to move a pallet. They even said “this guy wants us to take a pallet down for an air conditioner. Are you gonna break it to Joe (fork driver) or am I?” And then proceeded to debate who would ask Joe to take it down. I stepped in and offered that I would ask Joe if it would move this along, and was met with rolled eyes.

I came in to buy something I saw on TV but it’s not something you carry. Maddie helped me and was such a pleasure to talk to. She is a great representation of the service I usually get in your store.

Received great advise and help from Chris about buying the right type of sheetrock and spackle for our bathroom and helped us bring it to the cashier. Very nice guy with a welcoming smile and professionalism.

Kurt in plumging was a refeshing surprise. Needed help and he was courteous, polite and helpful. Help me figure out the project I was working on with some good ideas.

There is a woman who goes by T at the Setauket store on Long Island spent a good amount of time trying to help me with an issue I am having about some receipts I need from many months ago. She seemed to understand the situation I’m in and did her best to assist me. I’m very appreciative of her effort and I appreciate her kindness

The experience at this Home Depot with this group of people Anita, Allison, Patricia, Jennifer and Larry was amazing. We had originally started this process with the Coram Home Depot and it was terrible. We came to this Home Depot and this Team worked together and got everything right !!

Home Depot carries the Anderson Window Line of Products. I find their 400 series to be superior to other Home type stores at a reasonable price. Have just a half dozen or so to go to finish up installing and replacing outdated aluminum storm windows. They're front door replacements are also superior as well. These windows will certainly outlast me! And they look great once installed.

Nearly every aisle filled with unstocked items, some aisles nearly impassible. Everything is in disarray. The worst HD I’ve ever shopped in, I won’t be back.

Jim was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us

I went to the setauket location and purchased a swing. It was too lengthy a process for me to research and find one before arriving but upon arriving to the store T helped me and made it so simple. She took note of the measurements I needed and helped me to find what I wanted. I couldn't have done it without her. It's not often you find such great customer service these days. T was helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and wasn't just trying to make a sale and get me out of there. She took her time and really made my experience wonderful. Greg was great as well and helped me get my swing into the car. He refused a tip though I felt he deserved it. I don't normally do reviews but when you see great customer service it's important to acknowledge it.

Everything we buy from this store is fair prices and great quality I won't go anywhere else

My Yard drainage project needs were made easier shopping at the South Setauket store.. I am not a contractor and the expert advice I received saved me both money and time. I even had an informative conversation with Darlene C at the checkout.
