HD TOOK OUT CASHIERS AND PUT IN SELF SERVE CHECK OUT. THEY SHOULD HAVE REDEPLOYED THAT LABOR TO THE BACK END OF THE HOUSE WITH MORE EMPLOYEES THAT OFFER ASSISTENCE, KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I SEE BUNCHES OF EMPLOYEES WALKING AROUND SHOOTING THE ____ WITH EACH OTHER AND NEVER ASK IF YOU NEED HELP. I ACTUALLY STOOD IN FRONT OF TWO EMPLOYEES THAT WERE TALKING ABOUT WEEKEND PLANS FOR 15 MINUTES WHILE I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. I COULD HAVE INTERRUPTED BUT WANTED TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THEM TO OFFER ME ASSISTANCE. ATTROCIOUS!! IF YOU ACTUALLY GRAB AN ASSOCIATE AND ASK FOR HELP YOU MIGHT GET IT, BUT WITH A "YOUR BOTHERING ME ATTITUDE". THERE ARE OTHER BIG BOX HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTERS, GARDEN CENTERS AND SMALLER LOCAL HARDWARE STORES IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. I GET MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE. I KICK MYSELF EVERYTIME I RETURN HERE.

i was in and out for a 12000 window a/c unit in less than 10 minutes i had help from 4 employees quick,fast and very satisfied w/the service

I thought that the associate that I interacted with that helped me who was also training a fellow employee did his best to go out of his way even with how busy the store was the day I went to assist! He looked up the item and walked over with me and the person that he was training, explaining things as we walked to the woman he was training. I thought that was very professional of him!

Friendly workers from cashier to loader. Whom I did not even have to ask to help me load! Was in and out with what I needed quick. No lines!! Thank you!

Drove an hour to pick up ladder that website said you had two of 300 LB 2 STEP WITH HANDLE . You had NONE.

Great place to shop.

Went in looking for a certain item, asked a gentleman at service desk where i might find it... he told me correct aisle and exact location in aisle, without batting an eye! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! Makes it very easy and pleasurable to shop!

The garden center was a MESS Could not find lawn products.

Do not under any circumstance, have a fridge delivered by home depot. They both refused to install or pick up your old fridge. And they leave in the dark for a week afterwards.

Whenever I need home repair supplies, I travel to the So.Nashua store where I'm always greeted by smiling and knowledgeable associates!!

I live in lowell Ma, The Tewksbury homedepot is closer,but in my opinion probably the worst one i have ever been to. Which is why going to Nashua was well worth the trip.

Worst shopping experience ever. Order an item that's available online for pickup in the store, even though it's not a local store Drive really far to the store and they give you an entirely different item and hope you won't notice. How pathetically bad is the order fulfillment system at HD that you can't even check the sku and notify the customer if an item is not available.

I waited in line at the Home Depot return desk only to be told HD does not honor manufacturers guarantee/warrantee. HD will only do a replacement in 90 days. CREE lamps “guarantee/warrantee” for 20 years, failed in two and half years. Bottom line, don't spend the extra money for CREE products, buy the cheapest on the shelf and replace every two to three years and avoid the return desk hassle. PS: HD didn't want to 'look back' on my charge history to verify purchase. Save your slips!

Nashua NH Home Depot is a contractor oriented store. They have the necessary products for Old New England Homes. Other Home improvement companies do not have what they have. I also Love the Tewksbury MA. Home Depot, they have the ability to cut and thread Black heating pipe. For Free even. Great Service!!!

if you did not ask for my telephone number i would have entered the sweepstakes, which was the only reason i completed this survey. why do you need a tel number, ridiculous, email should be enough. i don't want my information shared or used to call me for any promotions. just not fair that i could not enter the sweepstake after taking all this time.

today i walked into this store trying to replace a over stove microwave that blew out two weeks ago i asked for help one of the assistant managers adam came to help me with his help we were able to find a replacement samsung over stove microwave we looked at an exact replacement but it was out of stock until february i spotted some clearance models on the floor he went out of his way to get the specks on this unit it had been reduced in price my budget was very tight as we were now replacing a 14 month old unit which suffered a power surge 10 days earlier so he sold us the unit for $280 which was an excellent unit he made sure it would fit he came to the service desk waited until one of the cashers were free then when paid for he put the unit out back so we could pick it up later with a more suitable vehicle adam advised he would be there until 6pm & to ask for him he was so kind through the whole process
