South Nashua Home Depot typically has been my choice due to its location, they have consistently had the products I have needed to complete many significant projects, and the employees have consistently been helpful. I have no reason to believe that all the other stores are not the same.

Had a less than favorable experience at the paint department at this particular store. The paint associate was not friendly or helpful and this individual failed to complete my order of two quarts of custom mixed paint in a timely manner. It should not take 30 minutes + to fulfill an order when the paint dept was not that busy (Tues morning). I believe the associate got miffed when I ordered my first qt of paint, which she started to mix, then ordered a 2nd qt of custom paint. Once I ordered the 2nd qt she responded "do you need anything else" in a smarmy tone. Totally unacceptable. I proceeded to go about shopping for my other items as she prepared my paint order. When I returned more than 15 minutes later I found only one qt on the counter. The associate clearly saw me waiting for my paint and did not acknowledge me and continued to process other paint orders. At this point I realized I was being played by this associate and the delay was deliberate act on her part. I subsequently checked out of the store with the other items I purchased, leaving two quarts of custom paint on the counter. Otherwise, I have had only favorable experiences at this store, however I will never purchase paint there again.

All the employee that I interacted with were friendly and gave me the time of day. They were willing to show me where the product was and not just pointing to the direction I needed to go.

NEEDED GUIDANCE OF WHICH BATTERY OPERATED WEED TRIMMER TO PURCHASE AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DISCUSS THE DIFFERENT MODELS. WALKED OUT WITH 2 DIFFERENT TOOLS INSTEAD OF THE ONE I CAME FOR.

I was approached by Mrs. John Martin who asked me if I needed help. He promptly requested help to pickup a BBQ box that was on the high shelves. After putting the box in the cart, I asked him to help me load the box on my truck. Since it was start raining I was worried box would get wet. John promptly offered help to wrap it with a plastic film and then helped me load the box on the truck. He was a *SUPER* helpful person, I HIGHLY appreciated his help. Best experience I ever had at Home Depot!

She is the most amazingly friendly cashier I have even had at any retail store.

I was buying some heavy lumber and an associate by the name of Colin gladly helped me load me heavy lumber on a hand truck and in my vehicle. He was helpful, professional and friendly!

For the most part this is a great store and has in stock most everything you need for any construction projects. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've bought some flooring at the pro desk with Nocole and she was just amazing the way she took care of all my needs .

Carlos was working at the Service desk when I arrived. I had 21 bundles of Life Proof flooring I needed to return. I was just barely over the 90 day return policy, but he was able to accommodate without issue. When the computer told him I needed to be paid in cash and the funds could not be placed back on my card, he hustled to obtain the (substantial) funds from a colleague and even offered to walk me to my car since it was a little more than most people would be comfortable carrying. Great guy. I will be back.

I am disappointed that all Home Depots no store items in the isles. This makes it very difficult to walk down with a cart and is a fire hazard. It is not just the South Nashua store that does this. I frequent a few a week and they are all the same.

Any time I have shopped at this store I have found the associates very helpful and friendly. Returns are very easy to do and the self check out is also very helpful and saves time. Store is neat and clean and aisle are easily marked

I shop here regularly and really appreciate the excellent inventory and nice staff. This is my go to Home Depot for harder to find items.
