Always good to have a laugh when spending a lot of money here. But, quality is chosen and so few do research. So, if you buy a product and unaware of its capabilities, that's on you. Keep up the good work Home Depot & Team Members.

Employe Mac was very helpful and I just wanted to thank him

I needed help getting several receipts that I had misplaced. Mary offered to help and, even when we encountered some issues, stayed on it. She made a call, went to the back, and re-emerged with printouts of all the receipts I needed. This saved me money since I was then able to provide the receipts to my HOA for reimbursement. I hope Mary has a great holiday season! Also, Brian the cashier, was extremely upbeat and helpful!

I had an unpleasant experience at that store (southbay plaza) on 07/30/2021. As suggested by a cashier employee to find someone that works in tools/hardware department while attempting to solve an issue with the pricing since the price on the tool didn't reflect the price stated on the label on the shelves. I approach an employee at hardware, later on identified as Jose Munoz, as I waited for the aforementioned employee who was performing a task, I approached and attempted to ask him for help and he walked right pasted me and completely ignored me. I asked him if his job wasn't to help me to which he replied "whatever". I approached several other employees at above location, to which they stated that he is always rude not only to customers but also to the co-workers too. Other than that, I recommend the store.

Never enough registers open. Plan on a long wait to check ot.

The best Home Depot always has everything

One of the cashier waited customer in self checkout had me waiting in line at the .told me to wait there. Proceeded to wait on other customers in self checkout 2 customers while i am watching him wait. He was wondering why i was upset.

I always love going to the South Bay home Depot store always warm welcoming workers at this location always happy to go and visit. And they always welcome to help always someone available to help me I am so grateful for all the workers at this location continue doing a great job.

The indoor "Angel plants" found all-over the world are a marvelous find each season. So, unique and well curated. I liked one plant such, I returned later in the day to purchase another. It is from Brazil. Delightful!!!

The store is clean and has good parking, restrooms. and easy to find product you need. the employees are friendly.

I arrived at the store at 8:55pm not realizing it was closing time. I approached Lucy in paint and she began to assist me. I then heard the store closing announcement and told Lucy that I would return tomorrow. Lucy then in a pleasant voice said, "No, I can help you now". I was blown away! It was closing time and she was not trying to rush me out the door. She thoroughly helped me by suggesting a paint brand, helped me find a color and mixed the paint for me. She then apologized for the amount of time it was taking for the paint color to dispense and mix. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a Home Depot and I have been shopping at Home Depot for years!!! Kudos to Lucy as her kindness will have me singing Home Depot's praises for a long time to come!!!

I found most of the items I was shopping for. I did get assistance, the store was in good condition, and the store associates were friendly and helpful. The checkout cashier name: MAC really was awesome, and other staff employee's that assisted me was just good associates.

Excellent Service! Sales Associates knowledgeable and friendly. Great stock for plants indoor and outdoor. Our indoor garden is fantastic! We designed our outdoor garden in elaborate pots. Now indoors for the winter. It's like an indoor garden! Would like Home Depot gardener to take better care of plants long term as in those plants that don't sell fast. Best to purchase plants when they first arrive from the nursery. Check on new shipments often for best selection. Generally good prices for plants. My partner and I are avid gardeners.

This Home Depot is the spot for your home repair, remodeling, and redesign projects. Seriously love this place! Had everything I needed and more, was clean and easy to navigate, the employees are friendly, and I was in and out in a flash (super quick visit). God bless!

I would recommend the store because, when I walked into the store I was greeted by excellent employees, with the question “ how may I help you?” Everything was organized and easy find to my satisfaction. At the garden area I found a nice African American women who helped me with purchase. The price was plausible.

Waited an hour to complete a transaction that should have taken a few minutes, after spending more than an hour on the phone with Home Depot and being told that I had to go to the store to get a refund for an online purchase. Employees at this store do not wear masks properly and they barely acknowledged us.
