I had a very pleasant experience in regards to my needing of assistance from someone today. A young lady by the name of Mariana was very kind in her efforts to assist me and helping facilitate finding answers to a couple questions I had. I felt heard and treated with empathy by a genuine person. It was very much appreciated... If only a few more people could approach life with the warm amicable approach this young lady did today, perhaps the world could be a little bit brighter...Very pleased with her efforts and assistance... Gold star for Mariana and those who are just like her...

I bought a vacuum (super awesome) and then the lid wasn’t lifting to empty the trash so I returned it’s. They were very understanding and quick.

My only visit to this Home Depot was a pleasant one. One staff member asked if he could help, listened to my long winded story about needing the right tool, and finding me said tool. One member at the register was dancing subtly at the register. I picked her register and she communicated some perks I should be getting. She signed me up on the spot. I asked if she was the one singing as well? She said it was her coworker heading on her break. High energy and friendly people. An overall great experience.

This south bay store is very friendly and pro desk person Ty is very helpful. Everyone at pro desk is friendly and helpful. Ty helps me a lot when I place big order with him

From having to search throughout the areas for the light bulb replacement I needed to being unable to get to the cash register (aisle in front of registers filled with products), it was a sad state for any home improvement store. I would have gone elsewhere if I thought I could get the lightbulb easily, which I will do the next time.

I was thankful that the associate assisted us in receiving a refund for the item we returned.

This home depot has transformed! The employees went above and beyond here. I am always overwhelmed going, but I got everything I needed because of the help I received and I did not have to make multiple trips!

Mathew was very helpful and went and got the proper cart to carry out my product safely. all the staff is very good there.all staff really know were to point you in right direction. and the check area is always well staffed and gets you out the store quickly. South bay location is a busy place but the staff really moves thing along

During my visit to Home Depot on 11/12/22 I Had the most amazing experience with the staff. Noting that I was greeted and asked if I was in need of help with finding a product. Additionally, Mac at this location really made my experience a joy to shop there!

horrible customer service from all levels. workers don't know what they are doing. customer service care more about their beautiful fingernails and chit chatting with trainers than actually doing work. made me wait over an hour every time they encounter something more complicated that requires using brain cells.

Max was awesome he offered us a deal we couldn’t resist and ended up with multiple items for 1$. Can’t beat it great customer service as well!

I was just looking for hedge cutter for my yard, on Fathers day weekend looking for a deal Dewalt had what I was looking for. One has a battery and the other did not but was $70 less. Mac at check out offered me a great option and I was able the get the Dewalt with the battery for only $20 more that the without the battery. Great Deal for Mac.

As a 52yo female who enjoys DIY-I used to find shopping at this particular HD painful. I couldn’t find anyone to help me and when I did find someone-they weren’t very knowledgeable. The past few years they’ve hired some great people and it’s changed my visits to painless!!!

As a consumer I go to this particular HD a lot, the staff ALL the time are extremely helpful and have knowledge about their department and what each product is good for.

The store is always a mess Employees never know anything, they never seem to want to help or be at work Customer service is horrible The only reason I shop there is because it's down the street from where I live and when I need something quick I can check in to see if they have it. But half the time I end up having to travel out because I cant find it in that store and employees are not helpful. I would rather travel out my way to get better service and products.
