This store offers competitive prices as well as a great selection as compared to other local hardware stores.

Great store and helpful people but it would be wonderful if you had more employees in the appliance department and at least a couple more employees searching for customers who need help in all departments. Would also be great to have a pet department.

Since Toys R Us Closed this is the next best thing

I like the store so far I got all what I want and need. Employees are nice and friendly and helpful too.

The store is awesome it has everything everyone needs. Employees are magnificent and helpful.

Don’t return anything there! You will get treated like a thief and God forbid you bought the item on store credit or bought a “high value” item if $109 because your treatment will be even worse. I’m never going to that store again and Robyn I wouldn’t waste my time scamming Home Depot for $187, my idea of high value and yours obviously are not on the same page.The clerk who helped me was the most rude arrogant jerk I’ve encountered in a while and the manager who couldn’t come down to talk to me because he was too busy should be fired.

Very good selection along with a variety of choices of quality and price. I will be back for sure.

A more central location which offers great parking and knowledgeable employees probably does not exist. Thanks for being so close to my home. Yes there are other hardware stores but I love this Home Depot.

This store is easily located and not far from my residence . Mostly the same friendly employees (no high turnover amongst employees. Parking is abundant and clean.

I would just like to repeat that Sonia in Kitchen, flooring department was extremely helpful and very up beat. Also Gregg helped us out with selecting our counter tops for our rental remodel and was very knowledgeable in his field. It made our time there go very smoothly. Teresa at the check out line is always happy, helpful and very good at her job. We try and always get her line. Thank you, Sue

easy to find products. the people on the paint department they never happy, and they dont do very good customer service.

On most occasions when I need assistance finding assistance is often difficulty. Usually have to Pro-desk and ask for him/her to send someone to area where I need help. This requires a lot of unnecessary time-wasting walking from rear of store and then back to where I need assistance. Above I suggest positioning customer assistance call buttons.

I believe the employees have been through some new training as they are helpful and appear happy! Patrick in the Window Dept. was a gem!! Patient and very knowledgeable. Nice guy!

I have mostly received good service when shopping at the Soquel Home Depot store. I received excellent service when I purchased a special order sliding glass door. Patrick was especially knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the details of my door order. He helped me pick out the perfect door for my needs at a great price.

I had to get multiple key copies made and HAL was so helpful and friendly. The service was excellent and done in a timely matter. I left a happy and satisfied customer!! Thanks HAL!! -Sarah

This is a huge store with many employees, but no one seems to have the answers even when one asks several people the same questions. What is the minimum purchase for deliver? I asked 4 people and they couldn't tell me.

I found my dream smoker the day before Father's day. The store employee and clerk found one that was completely assembled. My son, and his friends took it out. We fired it up and enjoyed smoked sausages later in the day! Thank you so much for making the day so memorable! Best regards

This was my first awful experience with the store. A little project, as changing two faucets in bath sinks, turned into a nightmare. There were two boxes of the faucets I needed on the shelf and I was happy to purchase them. A plumber found that one faucet didn't have some plastic detail and asked me to purchase another one, however he installed the second faucet. This faucet was leaking under the sink for two days (until I discovered that the flooring was completely wet) and it damaged my flooring. Now I have to replace the whole flooring in the bathroom. I had no idea that two faucets I bought where in an OPEN boxes, only when I had to return them to buy another, I've noticed that there was a plastic wrap around them. How would the worker and then the department manager allow to sell items like faucets in a previously opened boxes??!

Good quantity of products. They do have people who will help. Sometimes need to find them. Aisles are a bit crowded with displays. Makes it hard to move about. Overall they have good products and prices are good.

Best Home Depot Ever! Friendly, helpful staff!

If you have to shop Home Depot it's worth your time to drive to the Watsonville store. Employees are more courteous and overall the service much better. We have been kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of times to then be abused by a disgruntled employee. I will no longer reward them with my hard earned money!
