Had a poor experience on visit in April. Return desk was so unhelpful. Stated policy on returns without receipt changed recently. Not True at all. I called corporate snd they said nothing about returning item without receipt. So why did the associate lie to me? This Snellville store has hit or miss service. The associates in the aisle are nicer and always willing to help - if you can find one walking around or lucky to find one available.

STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND EVERYONE VERY FRIENDLY.

2 1/2 hours to get a box with the grill I want to buy. Piece duplicated on the box and missing one that I need it to finish the assembly. Went back to address the issue. Response: Totally unprofessionally and not customer oriented. After $1,300 purchase I expected a little more concern to resolve the issue.

Well stocked friendly store

Mark was a really helpful and considerate person. He made sure I had all that I needed and was extra polite at checkout. He was a breath of fresh air in this age of bad customer service. Way to go Mark!!!!

The associate at check out was very pleasant and efficient.

Anytime I shop this store and am picking up items in bulk, passing employees ALWAYS stop and offer to help. If I'm stuck for the location of an item, it's easy to pull up the store's website on my phone, put in the item name, and get directed to the aisle and bay where it's located.

The worst home depot store. I placed my order online and was told that it would deliver on March 26 between 6 am and 8 pm. I was even offered to pay $20 more if I wanted a more specific window frame for my delivery which I did not accept. After 8 pm I contacted the online customer service to be told that the order is scheduled for March 31 and that I should talk to the store customer service rep, but even the online agent could not get the store on the phone. She asked me to try myself and of course no one answered. I ended up cancelling the order. Why would I recommend such a store?

I recently purchased $1,100.00 in material and tools for a home project. After making the purchase, I decided to continue shopping and proceeded to do so while having already- purchased items in my cart. After deciding to wait on any additional purchases, I proceeded to exit the store a another exit in another part of the store. An associate asked if I could produce a receipt. In response, I told her I had made the purchase in the pro shop and would go out through that exit. She apparently then called what was later determined to be the loss prevention manager in effort to get me to show my receipt. As I proceeded to the exit where I made the purchase, an unknown man approached me demanding to see my receipt. I told him "no" and that I would go out through the exit I made the purchase from. Once I got to the exit where I made purchase, they were clearly familiar with me and my purchase and waived me on. The never identified himself as an agent of Home Depot. The underlying issue here is I was clearly targeted as a potential thief from the onset. When approached by the loss prevention person (who never identified himself), he demanded I show him a receipt without a viable reason to do so. When I chose to use the other exit, which was just as viable since the associates knew the items in hand were procured, he continued to harass me and threaten me with calling the police. I requested he continue on with calling the police as I had done nothing wrong. When a person's first approach to conflict resolution is to be both condescending and disrespectful, they are not equipped to be in a leadership role- even at the lowest level. I took my menial $1,100.00 purchase to another store as I believed it would mean more to them than it did to you.

Awesome customer service, clean, friendly, and organized!

The bathroom linen cabinet tower required an associated to cherry pick it from a high shelve. Near impossible to get help even with walking to customer service desk 3 times in the 30 minutes while wife was completely ignored by associates who were having inappropriate conversation amongst themselves as they passed by her several times. Cashier was super sweet and kept us from totally having a melt down but we are very disappointed in this location. Store manager was also having a huge tantrum and throwing items around the front and slamming gates and mumbling to himself. We will NOT shop this location again. If we don't have it at our Winder or Athens location, we will have it shipped to our stores and picked up there. Being short staffed should NEVER equate to being short tempered with customers. PERIOD!

I have a small handyman business, I shop here a lot, and, everyone is always friendly, they almost always have everything I need.

Store shelves were missing stock. Not a huge variety of items. But the cashier was very sweet and friendly. I’ll come back. Hopefully the above situations are improved

It very difficult to find adequate help at this store. I will probably never come back to this location.

I tried to return the pump witch was under warranty but store manager didn't accept it.he was rude.

Tried to ask a question to the store manager and he said he was busy and didn’t have time for me. The girl in tool rental had to help me find the item I was looking for.

Thank you Jesus Blessing me to make it safe. And experiencing a welcoming person as Bonnie who works in the garden area. Genuine care and happiness for herself and others. Making me laugh when everyone seems to be mad and angry. What joy to be welcome by someone who sincerely care about her customers. Thank you Bonnie

Great neighborhood store with good folks ready to support .. Been shopping here for over a decade. I buy all of my home maintenance supplies and products from this store.

A Cashier by the name of Jennifer really went out of her way to assist me. I'm a veteran and could not get the scanner to work properly. She greeted me with a smile and assisted me with the scanner. She open up a register and assisted me through the check out. It was cold and rainy outside and she still assisted me outside with my items.

I always have had a good experience shopping in the Snellville store. Employees are very attentive and helpful with inquieries as to what you need.

Plant selection & variety on point in early spring compared to the competition!
