STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL

Kathy in gardening cheerfully lugged landscape rock off the shelf and to the car for me. Kudos to her for being so awesome. The greeter guy knew just where to send me when I asked where the gutter drip stopper thingies were. Appreciated him not minding I didn’t use technical terms…I am not a handy person when it comes to DYI and it’s nice that folks here are super helpful to amateurs like me. Everything I wanted was in stock. Thanks

Just make sure when telling the customer about a project and how to do it your giving correct information. If you do not know just let the customer know.

The sheer volume of toxic insecticides and herbicides stocked at this Home Depot is insane. It's stacked to the ceiling in multiple locations and piled high in the middle of the aisles (for children to touch, of course). It smells terribly when walking by and we all know that if we're smelling it, it means we're inhaling small particles of the substance. I'm surprised that Home Depot would be so careless with products that they surely know are toxic and dangerous.

I can’t say enough about this store! The service that I receive when I come is the greatest. If I have a question on any of the projects that I do, any one of this stores employees would help me out. They always smile and laugh about the work and give knowledgeable answers. And if the person that I ask the question to does not know the answer, they will find someone who does. A lot of businesses could benefit from customer service like this.

The Sioux Falls store has a nice selection of plants to help with all your summer gardening needs. I needed some perennials to add to our landscaping and they had exactly what I was looking for at very reasonable prices.

There’s a cashier named Emma that kills it every time!

The employees were very helpful. Somebody walked with me to find the department I needed. (It is a big store.) I wanted to find Cree lightbulbs because Martha Stewart recommended them in her magazine. I found them and there were many choices. I found the size I wanted. Then the millwork person helped me find a door that I needed. He showed me options and explained the difference in each door. Very helpful. Store was well stocked and clean. Enjoyable experience.

Very well done by sales associate. Knowledgeable and friendly girl. We bought a tuff shed and Kenly was very helpful. She answered questions and contacted the credit service for us to visit. Very good young lady. Five stars***** Overall rating five stars.

The store employee went way beyond my expectations to identify a product I was interested in and walked with me the entire width of the store to locate the product and make sure that I had what I was wanting. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and courteous.

this was a very inviting store . welcome and spoke to at every turn from employees. made the expensive purchase of flooring and carpeting feel not so burdensome and comforting like we made the right purchase.

The staff here always bend over backwards to help you find exactly what you need, explain the differences, or describe the process to complete your project.

On April 18, 2021 at 2:52 pm, as I was using the self checkout lanes the old lady employee who was responsible for overseeing the self checkout followed and stood close to me (ignoring social distancing) blocking the exit as I was scanning my items. Not once did she asked if I needed help, instead just stood there and watched me scan my items; she made me feel very uncomfortable. As I was done, I paid for my items and printed my receipt; before I could leave the old lady stopped me and asked to see my receipt. I thought maybe she caught a mistake and wanted to correct it. Instead she just looked through my receipt and made sure my items were paid for. Did not thanked me at all then moved to the side, I noticed she didn’t give this kind of “experience” to a white customer using the self checkout lanes. Completely disrespectful, this old lady made this simple shopping trip a terrible experience and I will never shop at Home Depot ever again.
