I frequently visit Home Depot in Sioux Falls, SD. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The employees are always willing to lend a hand and/or knowledge/wisdom. It’s nice to be able to ask someone for help that has an idea what you’re talking about, and not just some high school kid that’s just there to collect a pay check. I’ve lived all over the country, and used to be loyal to Lowe’s only. But this HD has changed my mind and I plan to be there more often.

Helpful customer service and knowledgeable.

I always pick up my plants and paint here. The behr is the best quality for indoor painting. I always use the primer + paint in one and never have issues. They will help you find anything and walked me to what I needed.

We came to this store and recieved the most amazing help! We were immediately assisted by a worker that provided us a friendly trip. She was extremely knowledgeable, and assisted us in finding great deals on what we were looking for. I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my home improvement needs!

I have shopped mostly at other hardware stores prior to my recent purchase. Home Depot has amazing customer service and has been very helpful on more than 1 occasion. Ill be shopping there now instead of other stores.

Experienced professionals in every department!

I like going to this Home Depot over it's competition, because the lot is always clear of carts, the customer service is staffed fully, not overly so. There's 2-3 knowledgeable employees in every department.

Good selection of products which are well organized by department. Employees are friendly and always willing to help. Store is always clean and spacious for shopping.

Nothing but nice words to say, the staff is incredible, the deals are hot, I’m new to the area and have already made up my mind that this is my new go-to “happy place”

I received a heated jacket for Christmas. Now they make female cuts. I really wanted a females cut of the jacket as mens was to big all around. They made it so easy and painless and waved the few dollars more

I was told by the cashier that she didn’t understand why I got a military discount when Home Depot doesn’t even give their employees a discount.

Home Depot return policy is exemplary. No questions asked except “would you like a replacement?” I was helped in finding the correct size and I was on my way!

When it comes to service LANEY is TOP NOTCH. We prefer to deal with her on our transactions because she treats us well and is very knowledgeable. A dept supervisor went above and beyond finding me what I needed along with ordering what was not in stocks. Shipment came in real fast.

Made my returns a breeze

Customer Service check out cashiers were unexceptionally Rude to handicapped and pregnant woman with her 5 year old boy. This should have not been ignored by upper management but it was ignored by one manager.

Juan the cashier was amazing. Had issues scanning in item since I purchased entire box. He was super friendly and amazing. He got me taken care of and on my way.
