This trip to the Sierra Vista Home Depot was just as expected. I found what I needed and had normal, good interactions with the Store Associates. What did impress me was the what happened to the customer checking out in front of me. Katherine, the outdoor cashier was assisting an elderly lady. I was amazed by the patience and expert-level of customer service. Katherine and her customer service skills is the reason that I make this Home Depot my store of choice.

Top notch service and selection. This is not a one off. It happens for me on a regular basis.

The store was organized, clean and had enough staff to help me. I was escorted to where the product was located and the associate took the time to measure the product to see if it would fit into my car and then measured my car to make sure it fit.

The lady employee we found on Friday 5/31/19 around 1 pm in the drapery department (unfortunately do not know her name), was probably the most knowledgeable, patient, understanding person we've ever encountered in our shopping experience. She answered all of our questions, offered suggestions, and was pleasant in the process. Home Depot has found a winner in this employee, we are truly sorry we did not get her name, but hopefully from our description, management will know who she is. She cut, packaged, and helped us to the front of the store with our purchase. She knows her job and was excellent in performing it.

This store is always clean, and they have equipment in stock. I have a long drive from Sonoita. I do not have time to drive around searching for ranch supplies. And the employees here are always super helpful.

Burke went above and beyond to assist me with my problem and Michelle was friendly as a cashier and certainly a team player.

Staff was very helpful, helped me load 1600lbs of concrete at 9:00 pm

Please train your employees on what there is to know about online orders. Especially when an address needs to be corrected. Employee assumed that by sending an email to the delivery company would fix the problem but apparently the employee at the delivery company new more about the Home Depot policies than the actual Home Depot employee. My appliances never got delivered and instead my order got canceled. This was a mother's day gift that had been ordered in April to make sure my mother would have it by mother's day. Instead the appliances are sitting in Tucson waiting for a correction of address.

During most recent visit, the associate at Customer Service/Pick-Up Desk was Courteous, Friendly and more than Helpful. Made my visit enjoyable and stress-free.

Everyone here is always willing to help, smiles and good attitudes. It's a joy to shop here.

The impression I got from my visit to this Home Depot is the employees dont want to be there and they would rather that I go somewhere else and leave them alone. If you dont need to interact with anyone, shop here. If you want to interact with someone who communicates that they are pleased to see you then this town offers other alternatives to Home Depot.

I was looking for a bottle jack and they had several in stock and the lowest priced one ($30) was vastly more powerful than I needed but priced perfectly, so I grabbed it. :-D

They have very helpful people in the cabinetry, paint, and appliances and the best prices for over the range microwaves.

Store was well stocked with items for our project.

I shop the Home Depot in Sierra Vista, and have for many years. I will continue to shop this store because I've alway get the help when I need. Keep it up....

I have shopped at Home Depot for many years and have always found your employees very professional and willing to help.

Management of staff is lacking. No customer service. Staff stands around in groups and responds rudely to requests for assistance. Staff acts like 'deer in the headlights' when asked to assist. Poor training and lack of oversight results in poor service.

I have always had great service when shopping at this store. The employees are friendly and always offer to help. Their prices are competitive and the location is great.

Helpful and friendly staff

I moved to the Sierra Vista, AZ. area only 5 months ago from Tucson, AZ. I had excellent service in 4 of the Home Depot's frequently used in Tucson so, I was quite surprised when 2 other shoppers on 2 different occasions told me that at this location of Home Depot, the customer service was bad. I watched the employees and listened carefully to what was spoken. At first, the service was not good on 2 occasions, but I did not give up. My most recent experience with terrific employee customer service and also an extremely pleasant cashier made my day! And I made 2 separate purchases because of the "Good Customer Service."
