Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. When asked they were ab le to answer my questions and direct me in the right direction.

The store aisles were cluttered and difficult to maneuver in. Additionally, a key I had made wasn't in the bag when I got home; the paper backing was there but the key was not. When I called the store to ask for remediation, the young lady said "your key isn't here, come in and make another one." and then hung up before I could ask a follow up question.

I really like this store. I always feel comfortable shopping there, and the employees are super friendly. The prices are reasonable too.

The store is quite clean. It's the employees that are hit-or-miss. Some are very friendly and helpful, will give advice or take you directly to the item you are looking for. Others have pretended to be busy (were gossiping with acquaintances a second before being approached) or just said "it's over there somewhere". So far the most reliably friendly people have worked at the cashier stations. We would appreciate if more emphasis were placed on customers wearing their masks. It's very hard to stay distanced inside, especially when multiple people are looking for items on the same aisle.

Very helpful finding items I needed. Took me to look at items. Other stores don't do that. They just say aisle number whatever.

Best purchasing experience I ever had. Needed help ordering washer & dryer online & called the Sierra Vista AZ store & they did it for me. Quick & precise in every detail from beginning to end. I was stressing for weeks & Debbie took care of everything for me. She’s a star. I really appreciate Home Depot. Thank you for your service

Maybe a store that sells various masks to filter particulates should stop lying to their employees and customers about the porous, non filtered, unfitted masks that they wear and require their customers to wear. I asked for help and was refused it by a very rude employee who told me that "we have curbside service for you. You shouldn't be in here." The laughable idea that hundreds of people and employees touching 1000's of items and shelves is somehow protected by these stupid cloth masks that don't even filter out dust particles is absurd. Teach your employees actual customer service.

Store is clean, products great, customer service very good. But company is not able to compete on pricing in regard to veterans.

Lumber and home gardening is what this store is big on. The ceiling, needs some work, however the isles are clear and the store layout is relatively self explanatory. A bike rack, is provided and employees are knowledgeable of there departments.

My local Home Depot is like my second Home. I know everyone and they know me. When I am not sure how to solve a problem I get the helpful advice I need and every possible price discount at the register without asking. I feel valued and appreciated.

Colleen does a good job at the service desk, but the phone rings constantly and she has to take the call when dealing with a live customer. Other service desk clerks interrupt her while she's dealing with a live customer to ask for help, which again, puts the live customer in a waiting pattern. Apparently nobody else knows anything about the service desk and cannot do their job without Colleen holding their hand. It's irritating for the customer that is being helped to have to keep waiting during the interruptions so the other customer can be served quicker than the one being helped already.

A lot of changes since my last review. I also learned that Sierra Vista's planning board refused to allow more land for a bigger HD store when they first applied for permission to build. So now our HD is one of the smallest in the State, even though they do as much business as big city stores... Given their space constraints and high traffic, most of the employees are very friendly and try to help even if they are newly hired. This is a great store, always seeking to improve, and I'm so glad that it's here!

Comparable and consistant to any other Home Depot. Always stocked well.

Every time I go in I know everyone will be friendly and help me with what I need to find. They are knowledgeable in the Department I needed help in. Very good at ording what you need if not in the store.

service could be better

Both Debby in appliances and cashier Jennifer were outstanding and made the visit special by having a smile upon their face and very friendly. Very polite and respectful. Did not feel rushed at all.

I'm always trying to "improve" things & the staff helps me get what I need without getting impatient with my zillion questions, because I hardly ever know what I'm doing :-) Thanks all!
