Really enjoy and happy to have Home Depot to get all the materials I require for my Masonry Business. I would like to suggest that you move the masonry products such as mortar and concrete to the inside of the store. Most of your stores keep them inside.

Awesome service, especially Katherine. She has assisted me twice with carpet purchases. Also, Tammy, the Store Manager very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Jeff the assistant Manager was very knowledgeable about several items as he had the intuition and tolerance to guide me through my shopping so i didn’t have to try and locate the items that i needed. Chris another employee used his smartphone to look up consumer reviews so i can identify what product was best suited for my need…Johnsie Troubleshooted an issue that i had with a barcode missing and was able to find the correct price as well as giving me a 10% Discount to make up for the little inconvenience i had…Wasn’t necessary but it was kind of her to do so.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees always eager to assist you in anyway. More recently had a store associate, Eddie assist with my check out. He attempted to open a Home depot credit card with me. It wouldn't go through as I had put a block on any attempts to apply for credit as my credit card had been recently compromised. Eddie stated he would give me a credit on my bill just for trying. Amazing. Very much appreciated.

Josh was the rockstar for the day with his ability to help me find the specific tools I needed, in a timely manner, He was careful to take into account different factors like wear down of the tool and what each was for. The materials that each could handle, and the cost effectiveness. Josh is an asset. Lumber dept needs to be more willing to help those who are attempting their first, or 1,000 job. Not everyone is a commercial customer, sometimes it requires helping those of us who are helping those who can't afford said professionals, or just out of the kindness of our heart. They made me feel like the old saying.... No good deed goes unpunished. Lumber aside, the best experiences were Josh and the front desk. I continue to support Home Depot because their founder supports our President, Donald Trump. I support Patriots and their businesses, as do a majority of others that continue to pick Home Depot, flaws and all, over Lowes or the next competitor.

Great people and great service. If you are looking for Mowers,Blowers or any other Outdoor power Equipment -talk to Kevin "this guy is great and he knows his stuff and never steers you wrong".Kevin is an expert in total customer satisfaction.

I go to this store although another one is closer to my home. I enjoy friendly helpful service, advice when I need it. They make me feel glad I came in.

I have been working as a furniture maker/carpenter for the last 40 years and every time I come into the store I always get good advice and positive assistance I am grateful the store is part of our community

Employers do not seem very knowledgeable, prices are getting to high, not enough staff to get the help customers need, selling Already Damaged products, etc..!

The store was stocked with materials I needed, associates where pleasant, the store was clean.

Went to return a weedwacker that was not working like I was told it would & I wasent happy with its performance. I had the receipt & & all components. I went to customer service stating I had a return & the associate rudely said you need to go to tool rental. I had never purchased a tool & didn’t know you had to there even if it’s an item you purchased. I was under the impression took rental was for renting tools. The tool rental associate inspected my item though was unaware of the stores policies. Went back up to customer service & the same associate rudely stated 30 days there’s nothing I can do for you even though I had my receipt & planned on making a purchase. I spoke with the assistant store manager who was very understanding of the situation & gladly accepted my return & stated our return policy is 90 days not 30! I will never shop at any Home Depot again!

Just love this store. Everyone very helpful . Never had a bad experience . My girl Ruth in the paint dept rocks. She really knows her job and gives you the best service ever.

Employee Jay (outdoor garden area) proactively offers assistance, happy, genuinely helpful, approachable, goes out of his way to find what you need, obviously cares about his job and what he can do to help--awesome! All employees busy with tasks, keeping things clean and organized.

The Store employees were Pleasant, Professional, and very helpful. The items I was looking for were where they were supposed to be, they were as advertised. The packaging was intact which makes the shopping experience easier as I wasn't "searching" for an undamaged box. My check-out was easy, the employee at the register was efficient, knowledgeable at her job, and pleasant. The young man that helped me load my car was also "right there" when I needed him. Overall, it was one of the best shopping experience I"ve had at the Home Depot and I will go back.

Extremely helpful in securing an exchange for an item which we thought might not be returnable. Very friendly managers and staff.

This store features a great garden center with healthy plant stock each year during the growing season. The hardware department and lighting are particularly good with great accessibility. Employees are knowledgeable and polite. Altogether these features make for a great shopping experience.
