I have never had any problems with this store but I went there yesterday to purchase some mulch (Vigoro black mulch, $3.33 per bag). I purchased 15 bags in the garden center and went around to pick up my mulch. 2 gentlemen loaded the bags into my truck, did it quickly and I gave them each a modest tip for their help. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered I only had 12 bags of mulch instead of 15, so the mulch ended up costing me about $5 a bag including the tip.

I had a great encounter with the staff at the paint department. I had a custom paint color that was not registering in the system correctly, for whatever reason. Scott and Cindy both were extremely helpful in getting it right. They didn't give up and went the extra mile to resolve it. My paint was beautiful, and they even thanked ME for being patient when it was actually them that were so gracious in their confidence that they would figure it out for me. Thank you SCOTT and CINDY you made a great team!

Store is clean, employees are curious, my salesperson was phenomenal.

We were extremely happy with how attentive the three employees were that helped us. Everything we needed was very accessible, and I loved seeing how happy our checkout person was. You could tell she loves her job, and thanked us for shopping there!

Same old thing store employees are over worked .

Went for 2 pc of plywood that required cutting at the store. An employee was waiting to help me. The employee was very helpful and great to work with! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for the great experience!

Great service. Clean and easy to find what I was looking for.

I had the privilege of watching Al, an associate in the electrical department deal with two customers from the deaf community who had a rather involved electrical issue. Al adapted his knowledge and skill sets to assist the two individuals never once becoming frustrated or impatient. Once he was finished helping them, he was able to assist me in finding a solution for the issue I was seeking help with. This store has many talented associates and managers that go above and beyond to help their guests!

Yesterday I had a plumbing project and needed some supplies and replacement parts I went to your Ridge and Langner rd.store in West Seneca NY. Ben the young man who assisted me was so informative and helpful despite being inundated with many phone calls for assistance by several others. He was professional kind and diligent to all who sought his help. He is a credit to your company and deserves to be recognized for the his dedication to service thank you for hiring such a fine employee.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Very rare that I have to go somewhere else for my home improvement needs. Associates are always friendly and quick to provide service as needed. Oh, and your cashier Crystal is pretty hot. Just sayin.

the early and late hours are very convienent .the employees are always friendly and willing to help .And they always have what i need in stock as well as stuff other stores dont have. highly recomend this store.

Whoever is working this store is doing an excellent job and they are very friendly and I can always count on Paul to help me when I go in!! On top of being super handsome and smart, he knows his business and his store.

This stores service is how I remember Home Depot. Even though it was not Power Hours the employees still took care of their paycheck. That would be me the customer who essentially pays their paychecks by spending money in their stores. Remember there is Lowe’s where I can price match and spend my money with them.

The store was clean and products were easy to find, associates were great and went above and beyond.

Associates are always polite and willing to assist.

Had most of the items I was looking for not everything some items were out of stock but I will still continue to shop there overall it's a good place to shop.

Store has just about everything you are looking for, people are helpful and friendly. Will check out other stores to see if they have items you are looking for.

I went to this store to shop for flooring with my daughter ( a new homeowner). We walked the isles up and down. Any employees we saw were engaged with other employees. Other shoppers were looking for help and a young man walked past both of us. No employees asked if we needed any assistance. An employee walked between me and my daughter with a cart full of empty boxes,hecould have walked around us. However had he offered us help i would not have wanted to deal with him as his appearance and hygiene was atrocious. Got to customer service and 3 supervisors were discussing a customer on the phone. I excused myself to interrupt and told the man in charge how customer service is a joke. The cashier reached down and petted my service dog that had a red vest identifying him,this happens during Covid.

sales people are frendly. and very clear on helping you out / they don't run away and hide if they can;t help you.they will tell you they don't know,and to me thats just great.......

well stocked and very convenient location...always left with all I need.
