I had a short list of things to get. Everything on my short list was in stock.

My store is about a mile from my residence so it is very convenient.

You had what I wanted. Doorstop, Kickdown Orb. It works but is currently held in the metal door with two screws as I broke one screw when trying to screw it into the metal door. The instructions must have been assuming the door would be a wood door when in fact it is a metal door.

I came in looking for blinds. An associate named Jack was there in the aisle and asked if I needed help. He went above and beyond to help me select and cut all my blinds to the proper size. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Please let Jack know he made my day! In general, I find more of what I need at the Seminole store compared to the other Home depots in the area. Check-out was easy and I was able to get in and out quickly and on my way! Thank-you!

I don't understand what was wrong with my statement. I was saying there is a misunderstanding with the appliances department as he told another customer that Military discounts do apply to his department. The only reason might be that the appliances are on sale so the 10% military credit does not apply. However the appliance head sure did not explain why the individual could not use the military discount. I saw the gentleman and said he should check out a competing store. We just bought a small washer and dryer at a competing store because Home Depot did not have the products we wanted. Do you like this answer better?

Store manager Jim has the personality of a door knob. Not friendly nor seemingly the interested in his customers

Love this store - it is manageable to navigate even when it's busy. Employees are friendly and generally helpful. Stock is sufficient. Curbside pick up is quick and well-rehearsed.

Cashier jo is rude and is not friendly.

The store is always clean and people very helpful and friendly.

Seminole store 6304 is great. We walk in the door and someone is right there to tell us what aisle our parts are located. They are dog friendly and many of the employees there are very nice to out dog.

I went to reorder flooring. Took 1/2 hr. Asked least 5 people for help. Gal little abrupt but helpful. I was not happy. She did seem to know more than other HD. Took long time she didn't give up. Hopefully done right this time. Went to my car white spots splattered all over. Now really not happy. What was that. Unable to remove them all 100s. Some damage paint on my Buick. Arghhhhhh Who would do that & leave? Please look into what could be. At Seminole store with the smell. Thank you, Karen

We had a big order and lots of items to check out today, and Libby, the cashier/employee at the customer service area, was kind and caring! She answered all of our questions and concerns and was patient throughtout our hectic check-out process!

The store is clean and associates are very happy to assist you if help is needed in finding a product. The location is very close and there is plenty of parking space.

I was able to make a quick trip to get a wire wheel for our bench grinder with the help of Nick and the check out with Tereasa.
