            Above and Beyond!
            I accidentally left some of my purchase at the register and an employee took special interest in locating my lost times and making sure they were safeguarded until I could return and recover them. Thank you Tania of the Seminole store!

              Very Poor “Customer Sevice”
              Cannot even call what the employees there provided “customer service”. Ignored me and provided the wrong number of keys requested because I asked for “1 mail key”. Apparently he was offended by the word “mail”, then went on to say to me and my daughter, “oh but you guys can get offended”. I mean, what is wrong with this world. Then cashier ignored me and walked away when I asked her if there was a manager on-site.

                      Customer Service Supreme!
                      The Home Depot in Seminole on Park Blvd is always well stocked, customer oriented and very helpful. They always seem to have enough staff and are always willing to help. This store and its restrooms are kept clean which says a lot!

                              I've always had a pleasant experience at this Home Depot Store. If I was ever unable to find what I searching, an assistant has always been nearby for help. Or if ever had questions about an item, someone has been there to give an answer. This trip, I knew what I was looking for and where to find it, so did not require any assistance, other than to check out at the self serve register. Not having bothered to use these registers in the past, I was a bit leary of doing so, bur there was immediately a store clerk at my elbow to assist with the check out process! (It was easy!).

                                        I have been shopping at the Seminole store for over 20 years, since moving to Florida, and never had a problem getting the right product for what I need, with all the experts help available throughout the store.

                                          Unfriendly to Veterans
                                          The check out clerk denied my veterans ID card for the previously given 10% discount. A department manager had to allow the discount after a considerable delay and pointed discussion. Home Depot should be friendly to veterans and not give them a hard time.

                                                  My Favorite Home Depot - Except for the Return Line Cashiers
                                                  I am at Home Depot several times a week and find that the store in Seminole is absolutely the best location for organization, selection and overall service. The one area that is seriously lacking at this store is the patience of several of the return desk cashiers. For those of us that rely on complete and accurate records for our businesses, the e-mail feature is extremely helpful. Unfortunately, some of the return desk cashiers have no patience to wait as the customer is prompted with the "Do you want an e-mail receipt" message on the terminal. Instead, before you have a chance to select "Yes", the cashier overrides your selection on their register in the split second you are trying to press the button. This has been a recurring problem for more than a year and each time I mention it to management, they always say "we will cover it in our next training session". But guess what, it is still happening regularly. If possible, I would strongly recommend that Home Depot remove the option of cashier override and allow customers to properly use this valuable feature.

                                                            We live HD, but today was not the best
                                                            Cashier Catherine didn’t ask us if we wanted an email receipt and just assumed we don’t. But we always get an email receipt, especially when we buy something on warranty. Now we have to kelp that paper receipt! That shacks! Everything else was good.
