I have to say this is the only Home Depot I have shopped at that the employees actually ask if you need help. They were very helpful helping find items that were not out on the flooor. They went all out to find these still boxed up above the isles in their storage areas.

Always enjoy shopping at this location since I discover new products all the time when visiting.

They had a good selection of the items I was looking for. Store was orderly and clean.

Having recently moved to this area, I found that Home Depot had every basic I needed from curtain rods and curtains, to large rakes and fencing material to plants and patio items. When shipping items from on-line purchases, the time lapse was minimal. It truly has been a go-to place for practically everything.

Garden associates are lazy and not very friendly can never find right pricing or items needed

I shop this store a lot. All people I have come in contact with are professional and courteous. The cashiers are helpful, they love to see me come through with my dogs. The store follows the social distancing guidelines and other Covid 19 safety guidelines. I am comfortable in this store. I usually find the products I need or the employees help me locate them at another store. On one occasion, Elizabeth in Blinds helped me with my entire order. Part of the order was online and part was in-store. Her assistance was professional, courteous and efficient.

Everyone is so nice and helpful! They are working super hard in a very tough atmosphere (Covid). I would go here (specifically the Seguin store) over any other Home Depot or home improvement store.

This is a friendly, small-town atmosphere store. Employees are most friendly and helpful. I go here instead of New Braunfels where I live, because I can always get someone to help me when I need it.

I go out of my way to come to this location. The service is usually exceptional and the people friendly. Even when the associates don't know the answers to questions I might have, they have always been diligent in trying to figure out what I need to know and are amazingly helpful. The store is well kept and the shelves are usually well stocked. The only issue I've ever really run into is that there are often too few employees on the floor at a time so I have had to wait for them to finish with maybe a few other customers before they were able to help me.

This is really the only big-box home improvement store in the area. They've got a captive audience. Yet they don't act like it. I'm doing a lot of work on my house and I spend a lot more time (and money) here than I should. My experience has always been solid at the very least. On many occasions, the staff have gone above and beyond for little things, sometimes spending over an hour to help me out when I have a long list. The rental counter folks are stellar. There are always people around to help in any section, even near open and close times. It's a store like many others of the brand, but they do seem to make an effort to make their store stand out.
