The store was not clean. Product was not up, instead it was blocking isles. 5 employees walked by and never acknowledged or greeted. Head cashier and csa were not wearing mask properly.

Home Depot has really let me down!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Workers ignored customers. I was told to go outside to get a lumber cart. Lanes appeared to be open to check out but not one cashier directed customers to come to their lane. It appeared one staff brought their dog in and all cashiers stopped to pet the dog and chit.chat ignoring the customers standing in line! No help loading boards on cart or out to car. They just stood there and watched. I'll be going into New Braunfels from now on!

I enjoy shopping at my home depot. It's always been a great experience shopping there and the store associates are very helpful and friendly.

Done with Home depot! no one did anything about my issue. Bought a counter top and got stood up twice on days of install.

I appreciate a cashier like Donna, she is fast and friendly.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The team at customer service ought to give lessons to the rest of the crew as far as caring about the customers needs. We appreciate the rest of the crew, too, but a few times they were hard to find. We shop here often but this was the best time ever in every department we were in. Special mention for a young man working in the flooring/blinds dept. I didn't learn his name but I did learn from a co-worker he works parttime and from personal contact he knows how to acknowledge a customer with a smile and an offer to help. Cynthia in customer service deserves a real "Atta-Girl"!

Poor customer service. Asked 5 different employees for help and none of them could tell me where to find the item, and when I found the location it was not on the shelves even though your website says it's in-stock.

Be Careful! They are trying not to accept returns. They refused my return of perfectly fine merchandise worth $83, since I didn't have a receipt. Spent close to $3000 in 2020 and $6400 in 2019 at this store, some repayment of loyalty.

Trying to replace my electric stove, I was blessed to get Amanda in appliances on the phone. She patiently walked me through all my options and helped me make an informed decision. Although health reasons kept me from entering the store, my experience and the outcome was excellent.

Friendly and helpful associates. Got what I was looking for plus some items for Christmas gifts. I love buying purposeful items for gifts.
