This store has everything it needs to be busy except location. Manufacture sponsored events, customer appreciation days, anything to draw the crowds would be helpful. The employees are great, the store is great, it just needs more traffic. It's the season for grilling, how about having some grilling gods give demonstrations, tips, and advise, all on THD grills with supportive mailers and advertisement. #0773 Knoxville is a hidden gem!

I bought a yard dumper from the garden outdoor center and Donny was a big help. Told him what I was looking for and he took me right to the product and explained it and help load it into my vehicle. He is a great employee and one that cares about his job. My next trip to Home Depot if I have any questions I'm finding him.

We live about 2-3 miles from Home Depot. We are usually able to find the item(s) we need and the friendly staff are always there to help find items. A great store!

From the second I entered the store, I was greeted by smiling employees! This is so important in the shopping experience. Instead of being disinterested in my concerns, I was led to various spots where the product was and they remained with me until they answered all my concerns and enlightened my knowledge of the subject in a very positive demeanor!

Tammy in lawn and garden is great and always ready to load our purchase no matter how heavy. When I need help in the paint dept. I always ask for the “ Duck Lady” haha She’s great and knowledgeable!

This particular store is outstanding in many ways. The store is always clean, the employees very friendly and helpful, and almost always knowledgeable. And it is the best lit HD I have ever been in - a real plus for me. Although the restrooms are somewhat inconveniently located, they are always spotless. And once again the employees are really outstanding in their willingness, and ability, to assist.

I always have a great experience when I shop at Home Depot Southeast Knoxville. The staff is always very helpful to the point of going out of their way when I cannot locate a product. Store is very clean and orderly with enough material stocked that I can obtain everything I need. Vickey is one of the cashiers who was very kind and helpful.

This particular Home Depot is the best one I've been in. It seems a little smaller than most and everyone is so friendly and nice. Helpful too. Unlike some other Home Depots I've been to.

I have used the South Knoxville location for years to do large and small remodel projects on my home and small recreational projects for my family. The staff has always been helpful and have many times given me cleaver ideas to solve problems that I had not even thought of. Two thumbs up for this location.

From the time you enter the store you are greeted by an associate looking you squarely in the eyes. They always offer to assist in any way they can. I have never had an associate walk past me without offering to help.
