Thanks to James in Paint, Rachel in Paint, and Guadalupe at the Cashier! Their help in planning the drywall repair and tracking down a lost wallet let me close my home loan ON TIME. Just great customer service. The people at this story are always SO helpful and on top of things.

The Home Depot off Chapman Highway in Knoxville, TN was very helpful to me when my Cordless String Trimmer was not working. They very friendly, concerned, knowledgeable and quickly solved my problem.

The store was clean, employees were very helpful, but most of all (for me at least) they respect me and my service dog. A few associates asked if they could pet him, when I told them he was working they just asked if there was anything else they could help with like he wasn't even there (that's what's supposed to happen). They give us space to do our shopping and treat me with the exact same courtesy as they do any other customer .Well done!

Did love going to this store as all employees are very nice but there is never a person at a regular checkout and I don't do self checkout.

All staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy this store and actually changed my work schedule so I could attend Lady's Night Out. Would like to learn more challenging things at Lady's Night out like basic plumbing; maybe floor laying; also wiring lights or switches and that sort of thing.

We went to that Home Depot because they had Christmas tree that we wanted. The Home Depot that is near us didn't have one in stock. That is why I said I probably would not shop at that one. It is about 25 miles from our house. The Home Depot #0773 in Knoxville was very nice and professional and I would certainly shop there again if I lived close by. I definitely would recommend them to others.

The staff at this Home Depot is very friendly and accommodating. They recognize me when i come into the store and make me feel like part of the "Home Depit family". My daughter left her toy behind and they found it and remembered us when we returned another day to return the toy. Everyone in every department is helpful above and beyond their duties. I get great advice and recommendations for all of my home improvement projects. I feel most comfortable shopping at the store because I know I can trust the staff to give me the best assistance.
