I just think everyone is so friendly here. I like this store.

The workers are extremely efficient and knowledgeable in their respective fields. The store was clean and very well organized. If the workers can’t help you they’ll eagerly find someone who can. If you find yourself in need of anything don’t hesitate to take a quick trip, the folks here WILL take care of you.

The associates I encountered at this store were very prompt and helpful. I entered looking for cupboards to match my existing ones. Phil immediately helped find them, and got everything taken care. I was amazed how fast I had all 7 items and was on my way. I was treated as though my time was important. Thank you. I definitely will be returning to this store. All associates I encountered were a great help, friendly and prompt !!

I was looking at some door tracks and Andy (Home Depot employee) came up and asked if I needed any help. I explained the odd project I was working on and he gave me several great ideas of how I could accomplish my goal with different hardware. He then took me to the other locations and helped me think through which might be best while still trying to find the most economical method of accomplishing my goal. Having employees like Andy makes me want to come back.

I appreciate that when I visit your store I can count on the item(s) to be in stock. Only once in the past 10 years did I have to go to another location to pick up something that was not available in your store. If I ever need assistance I can count on the Pro Desk & your associates. I appreciate that your employees greet the customers and smile.

The store was clean, & the cashier was very friendly, nice, & helpful.

Other than customer service, the front end cashiers and the associate in electrical, nobody knows anything about the products and are unfriendly and rude. I shop at Home Depot often, but I will never again set foot in this particular location.

I have done quite a bit of business with this location and found the employees very good at understanding my needs and going the extra mile to get me what I need. They make phone calls, track down item and are great sources of information on small and large jobs.

This store is only a few blocks from a Lowes, but it's so much better - better selection, better services, better (and more plentiful) staff

Well stocked, clean, variety of quality products. Difficult to find assistance. Employees usually not willing to assist the customer. I have actually have had to chase after an employee to ask where a product was in the store. I only shop at the store if I know exactly what I want and where the product is in the store. If I do not know where the product is or need assistance I shop at another home improvement store. I actually have purchased a large heavy item at Home Depot before, my child and I struggled to get it on the cart. Home Depot employees walked by us as we struggled to get the large item on the cart even though I asked for help.

I frequent the Slaughter Lane Home Depot and they always have what I need, when I need it and it's always provided by knowledgeable friendly staff. Lowes doesn't have nearly as many options as Home Depot or the courteous staff.

I have used this store for many, many years for DIY projects (some of which have been very large) and have come away satisfied every time I went there. The store associates have always been accessible, friendly, and very helpful. I have always had a positive experience with the customer service staff as well. I also buy a lot of plants, shrubs, and trees from HD and this store always has a good high-quality selection. My only gripe (if you want to call it that) is that sometimes the aisles are clogged with store specials or the ladder used to get merchandise from the upper storage racks. I don't know where these ladders are stored, but they shouldn't be left in the aisles where they take up space and pose a hazard for customers. Keep up the good work HD!

I went to this store as I was looking to buy a carpet (pet) cleaner. Read up on some reviews which assisted me in making my decision. I went with the Hoover Power Scrub Elite Pet Plus. Great choice!! So far, so good. The carpet had some stubborn stains. Went over them a couple of times and they were gone!

I really like this Home Depot Southeast store and has become my favorite even though is not the largest in Austin, but I prefer it over the other ones I have visited and shopped from, I think every Home Depot is pretty much the same but I still see and feel a difference, there are some that carry more products and have maybe one or two items that another may not have but I don't have any problems or issues with this particular store because like I mention in my reviews, it has everything that I may possibly need or want to buy at the time of visits. I will continue to shop at this one because it has what I need when I need it and more.

The store is neat and well stocked. Prices are very good. The employees are always in a good mood, polite and eager to help. My one negative thought is that I used to find the employees to be experts in their fields or at least very knowledgeable, which made it easier when you are trying to do home improvements and don't have the knowledge yourself. This is not limited to this store, It seems to be a general observation of all specialty stores.

As a new resident in Austin, Texas, I was extremely pleased with the services I received from Michelle Richter in the Appliance Dept. She made my visit pleasant and assisted me through-out the entire process. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the procedure for delivery. She was pleasant and prompt and gave detailed information. I left there feeling completely satisfied.

The employees seem to be getting more knowledgeable and helpful in this store. Things are easy to find and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of!

This is my main store. Have never really been disappointed. Rarely do my needs require a second visit to another store and the employees are always helpful.

I always find what I need and more!
