I spent two hours trying to get a will call order of wood. From 1:28 PM until 4:19 PM. If you need anything at a reasonable time go somewhere else. Not the first time this has happened either.

Everytime that I order an item on line and have it delivered to this particular store location. They either don’t know where it is or they give me a totally different item that I ordered.

Been shopping at this location for a very long time. A few years ago I used to consider safety an issue, as I would only shop there during the day. This evening, I was glad to see employees paroling the parking lot. And, it was noticeable that there are employees who are ready, willing, and able to help throughout the store which was not usually the case in the past.

Great variety of plants and amazing feed back and suggestions on how to take care of plants.

The paint dept dude is awful. Kept about 5 people waiting for about 15 minutes. One customer went to go search for him. When he actually came, he was scowling, impatient and rude. Have been a loyal home depot customer for a long time, never treated this poorly. Definitely wont be returning as I voiced my complaint to the customer service(and mod gal) didnt seem like anyone will hold him accountable. Just a general lack of customer care.

The paint line in this store is always so long. Took me 30 minutes to get paint. I recommend going into the store and getting your sample cards to see what color you want, then just order it online for store pickup. There are always tons of contractors getting 10 cans of paint or huge quantities of product that takes forever to checkout.

This home depot was better than all the others

Stephanie in customer service was extremely helpful with our search in finding a particular door lock. This was especially nice since my husband drove from out of town to get this exact lock.

I was surprised to get the help i did.The employee name was Siria was very helpfu.She took the time to show me where stuff i was looking for.

Home depot 6542 is much much better then the one at 801 S I-35, Austin, TX 78744

I went to the Home Depot store further south than I normally shop and I was greeted by cashier Samantha. She was warm and welcoming and assisted me with signing in on the Home Depot app and figuring out how to use the bar code to apply the military discount for the first time. Now I am able to apply the military discount in the self-checkout as well as when I am making purchases online. It is very user friendly once you know where to click. I appreciate Samantha’s patience and I love great customer service. I took the time to complete this survey in the parking lot before leaving because I want to emphasize it is the smallest acts of kindness that make a big difference. Thank you Samantha and Home Depot!

When i go in a store i expect to find what i need well this store always has everything i need

Michael the manager (at least he claimed he was the manager) was rude. His customer service was discriminatory. And acting like we were go to steal the lumber. I paid with my Home Depot credit card. I’ve bought everything there from home appliances to building materials to gardening supplies such as sod to tool rentals and machine rentals. I’ve been to Home Depot’s in Austin and surrounding Austin to Killeen and Temple. I’m an investor and don’t clearly need to steal.

Luis in windows and doors was so incredibly helpful, went above and beyond, even helped me with the self-service cutting that I was not equipped to handle on my own!

This was a Phone order and Logan handled everything beautifully and professionally. I was impressed. I had previously called the Bastrop store and the lady answered and was abrupt and hung up the phone.

I was having problems with my card at cash out and Alexandra was patient and very courteous. Her customer service was above and beyond amazing!!

I always appreciate the friendly customer service at this store and the wide variety of products at good prices.

I order a few bundles of wood, but had to will call most of it due to insufficient stock. The wait was very long but that is expected at that time of day. However, when I would try to get an update and called the Pro Desk, they would answer the phone and almost immediately hang up. If they are too busy then the calls should be redirected to someone available. If you are doing more than grabbing a couple things I suggest finding an alternative product source. In my case a lumber yard.

I would like to thank three Assistant Manager that took care of me @ this location, I had purchased my 1st refrigerator and the associate that helped me did not ask to verify my info and put my zip code wrong and did not enter my tax except well didn't even try. Anyways thank you Assistant Manager Kyle and Nicholas Ramirez, and the 3rd manager not sure what was his name but Thank you.

Worst trip to this store. Customer service didn't exist, can't blame on understaffed since I seem lots of HD aprons. None of them bothered to help.
