GREAT PLUMBING DEPARTMENT. JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE IN SARASOTA AND HAVE BEEN IN HOME DEPOT MANY TIMES FOR ALL OUR NEEDS.

We picked out shower wall tile and paid the Home Depot fee to have an estimator measure and give us an estimate for installation. The estimator arrived at our house and said Home Depot does not install shower wall tile. The tile department doesn't know they don't do installations. They should talk to their estimators.

I received birthday cash for a Ryobi Cordless Blower & found a great value for the one for my needs at my condo home. I needed A/C filters which I had no difficulty finding my size. HOME DEPOT is Simply The BEST!!

I tried to return a microwave that I had to order because the store was out of them so that automatically made it a special order which it should not be then me and my wife after two hours of talking to t an employee finally ordered a whole kitchen of appliances three in all we signed papers and to my surprise when they were delivered they were all in good shape and I signed for them a few days later I tried to install my microwave and found out even though the Home Depot website said it could be installed under the counter the book that came in the box said only over the stove so I took it back to the store and was told that they would not take it back because of a 48 hour rule cause I went beyond 48 hours before returning it I went to two managers they said they didn’t care that I spent three k a month at Home Depot or that I was a pro member but because I went over the 48 hour rule they would not take it back this was Saturday so I called back on Monday and talked to another manager who listened to the fact that the Home Depot website said the microwave could be installed under the counter the installation book in the box said only over the stove and he granted me the return thanks to an employee who listened to me and not someone who waved a bunch of rules that should not even exist because the store doesn’t have merchandise in the store I was treated terrible when I finally got it to the store to return it I was told by one of the guys at the return desk oh your bringing back to return it for the third time and so I had to explain to him no only a second time because a manager finally listen to me so I was talked to and humiliated by three different employees and had to drive twenty miles twice to get the return but thank god someone listened but it definitely made me reconsider my relationship and the money I give to home depot

I needed a stepladder.I asked a sales lady and she pointed me to the aisle where they are .I didn’t see them so I asked a salesman, and he walked with me to find the ladder he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different ladders . He put it in my cart too. I also purchased some plants and was greeted by a young man who asked if I needed help selecting plants . This young man was also very friendly and knowledgeable about all the plants. The cashier was also very friendly and told me she has the same plants and they are easy to care for ! This was a great shopping experience.

The persons working in this home depot are really friendly, professional and they are making sure you get everything you need with no problem

I needed to paint an old bureau. The lady in paint helped me with everything I needed to accomplish the project. Liquid sandpaper,custom paint color,roller,brush ect she was fantastic

This store is always well stocked for the most part and obviously well managed because employees are present and willing to assist you. The check out area is well managed and responds quickly to backups.

I own an old wooden home that requires a lot of interior and exterior upgrading and repairs, Home Depot saves me time because it has what I need. No wasting time driving to other stores.

Rick was very helpful and can tell he was well trained.

I bought a generator last month and it broke down and they would not refund my CC only gave me a store credit and said they were doing me a favor, very rude about it, I recommend buy equipment from someone else.

The Paint Department and Customer Service and Henry, who checked us out was Darling!!!

I pad to have my dishwasher installed and when I used it for the first time, I got error codes. I tried to call the store but the phone rang and rang and no one answered after 5 minutes so I called back and asked for a manager via voice prompt and got someone using that route.. He wasn't able to get me service, I had to contact the installer and now I must wait 4 days for them to come back to hopefully fix it. I did see parts laying on the dishpan area and that is most likely the problem. I paid a lot for this dishwasher and I am very disappointed in HD's service and quality controls.

Vivian was so wonderful and delightful at the register, if we didn't love home depot already, we certainly do even more so now because of her. Thank you for being you Vivian and thank you home depot for employing such a great person and for having amazing products and incentives.
