Thank you had a great experience

I’ve been shopping around to figure out what I wanted for a countertop and I wasn’t sure till somebody showed me what a butcher block countertop would look like. I thought it looked awesome. Went to Home Depot got the help that I needed. Loaded it up on my cart, paid for it, and somebody help me load it onto my truck.

Professional courteous and helped me check out early in the morning

Marcia was the cashier who checked me out. She was kind, knowledgeable, quick and efficient.

Friendly, knowledgeable and proactive staff made finding what we were looking for an easy task.

Heather and Rose are amazing in Customer Service! They go above and beyond to aid you.

At busy times it becomes clear that this store is very under staffed. While some employees are super helpful and always polite, there are some that are just staying out of the way and biding time to collect a pay check. Shelf stocking is also an issue. I often shop for something that is shown as 'in stock' but there are none on the shelf, or they are hidden high up because no one in that department has bothered to check the shelves. I always make an effort to put things back where I find them, but other customers do not all have the same attitude. Staff should go through the shelves from time to time to make sure items are correctly placed. Electrical and plumbing are particularly bad in this respect. I have great things to say about the people on the Pro Desk. I get great service there, and these employees should be recognized for going the extra mile for customers.

I absolutely love this store. This is my favorite Home Depot in the state of Florida. You always have just what I need and the customer service is amazing. Plus, I always leave with a smile even if I don’t find what I need.

Loosing thousands of dollars, a day in retail theft through self-checkout. Thieves love self-checkout. But put cages around Ryobi edging tools, that paying customers have to be escorted to checkout really! So, what you going to do, hire security to stand at the doors?

Employee Henry at cashier was so helpful I got what I needed in record time. Everyone in store was helpful and nice - a credit to Home Depot. Happy experience and recommend this store highly.

I always find what I am looking for in the Garden Center. The selection and prices are great.

I have never met so many experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees in one store in my life! They also seem to support each other so nicely! Manager must have built a great internal culture! A true shopping pleasure❣️

Shopped (6) departments this morning and wasn't engaged a single time, not even when entering the store. Only at the front end was a super positive experience dealing with Marcia. She understands customer service, a superstar cashier.

I walked in overwhelmed with a project I had to complete. I had no tools for the job, nor any idea on how to complete it. Sandy walked me through everything, and accompanied me throughout the store to get me every item I needed. She is simply amazing.

Cashiers were waiting to check people out, not just self checkout. Positive and very helpful staff

Marcia in the front is a God send! Home Depot as a business needs to be asking themselves how they can clone this woman! She is always so sweet and pleasant.

I bought several items & appliances in the past & have been very pleased with the quality and prices.

If you are a DIY like me, you can count on the personnel at Home Depot to help you out with your project or call their colleague who can. Home Depot staff will help you select what you need in addition to giving an explanation of how to best use the product. They not only answer questions but ask the right questions to get a full understanding to be helpful.

I had help with garden rocks 2 times, carrying, and loading by great employees

Went primarily to buy two items, bulk bleach, and a grease gun. Bulk bleach, no-brand name was NOT available as gallon or larger, only small jugs. Still, the discount brand was about half the price of the very high priced national brand. They no longer have any bulk purchase discount for 6 or more, and there were only four that I could locate anyway. Second item: Apparently no grease guns are kept in stock in the store, I searched all the logical locations. I am not sure about that but I could not find an available associate to ask about products. Also decided to obtain some potting soil and checked out in the garden section as I cannot self-check out sacks of soil, need a person for that, and cashier was very friendly.
