Home Depot is my favorite store! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable here, we feel well taken care of each and every visit.

If you need appliances call the store and find out when Charlie Romano is working. Knowledgeable, personable and a straight shooter!! You'll leave with a smile on your face and a new friend.

The grills placed outside the store show a little wear, such as water drops inside the temperature gauges, pollen and dust, maybe a rust spot or two. Was looking to buy a replacement grill for the NexGrill I had purchase 4 years ago and had a lot of rust and needed to be replaced. The grill we bought was outside and had some of this wear, and when we asked about whether they would go on sale over Memorial Day they offered a 38% discount to buy it, greatly appreciated!

If you need to buy an appliance, go talk to Charlie! He is the best!

I've been going to this store for (I think) almost 20 years. Always fully stocked, clean, friendly staff. Have had several deliveries to our home (for big heavy loads of wood, concrete blocks, appliances, etc.) The trucks show up on time, the drivers know when and how to use the forklift. So a rating of 5 stars comes easily.

Excellent and superb professionalism and customer service provided by Eden, and the associate who loaded big bags of mulch in my car. (Sorry, did not note down his name). Extremely helpful!

The most helpful employees I've even seen at a Home Depot. From appliances (Looking at you Charlie R...what a rock star) to even the lady who helped me pick out light bulbs. I almost can't believe I'm in an American store the service is so good!

Easily the leading Home Depot store in metro Atlanta. Always clean, uncluttered and well stocked. But most important, very nice, dedicated and knowledgeable associates, eager to solve your needs and problems. Despite me moving about 25 miles away from this store, it will remain my go-to store, no matter the Atlanta traffic!

Home Depot has to do better by their customers , I was excited to do my bathrooms over until I entered this store. not helpful , did not deliver on date they said they would and the manager acted as if I ruined his day when I called and asked why my delivery date was changed without notice.

Thius location continually has provided me with outstanding customer service. When I ask an employee where to locate an item, he or she walks to to the aisle and shows me where the product of interest is located. This experience has been consistent eaxh time I have gone to this Home Depot.

bought a new RHEEM water heater and the installer left the setting get through to where only SCALDING water came after heating up. unit has the controls installed facing so low that they cannot be read even when placing a chair in front of it to sit on in an attempt to adjust it. no instructions on how to set the controls. I had to call a busy phone number several times to get assistance it relighting the pilot that went out. this was the worst new purchase experience I have encountered.

WiFi doesn't work reliably. After manually selecting the att WiFi, it most often doesn't even go to the accept HD T&C page. Even when you can get past that page, the fricking WiFi still doesn't work. It works in most other stores. Why is this?

I'm always delighted when what I am looking for is available at Home Depot. Order and pick-up at the store is a great way to shop and employees are always helpful with delivery and loading! For in-person shopping the store is clean and well stocked and the employees are helpful and pleasant.

Thank you for having face masks at the front door. It demonstrated your concern for safety in our community. There was a women who was dropped off at the front door who had foot surgery, her spouse drove the car away to park the car. She had left her mask in the car. She was so grateful she did not have to walk the parking lot to enter the door. The man at the front door offered her a mask and Made her day!

Employees are usually available to answer questions or assist with finding an item. They are friendly, knowledgeable & give the impression of being interested in the customer.

All the employees are helpful and knowledgeable but Charlie Romano is a stand out.

Great experience at the Perimeter Home Depot. I was able to make an appointment with a flooring specialist, Lela, who was very knowledgeable and helpful (and a blast to work with!!). I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but she was walking around the corner, aware of our appointment and ready to go. I was also able to set an appointment to have my floors measured within a couple of days and HD is having larger samples of the carpet choices I am interested in sent directly to my home. The process has gone very smoothly so far! Highly recommend Home Depot and working with Lela!

Having an excellent representative like Sharretta is one of the best choices you could have made. We were in and out with a guaranteed delivery in 30 or less minutes. Impeccable service and support. If she is not a manager she is definitely able to teach others how to provide excellent support. Even providing me and my husband with hand sanitizer showed her support
