Bought a washer and dryer and also a new grill. Employees were knowledgeable and really helped us pick the right ones for our home. We had a complicated order and they were super friendly throughout the shopping experience.

I go here every couple weeks and am always pleased with the inventory and cleanliness...but the real treat is the staff! Audrey in the paint department and all the other staff throughout are friendly and eager to help.

I worked with Lela in kitchen to do my kitchen remodel. She was absolutely awesome! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

From start to finish we were treated with so much kindness and respect. We walked in and were planning to look at a washer and dryer for our new home. We met your associate Charlie Romano and boy what a joy he was to work with. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny, pleasant, understanding, helpful, sweet.....We are not the easiest shoppers and boy was he also patient. We told Charlie that after this visit with him we would certainly be back to shop for several other appliances.

I was taken right away and my credits were processed correctly.

From cleaning products to purple basil, this Home Depot is my, “Go to” store!

At this store the person at the self checkout, Amy is her name. She is the most helpful and has the best attitude. I usually start my day at Home Depot and she has made my morning better several times.

Asked 4 people for help in finding something. None knew where to look. Went to customer service. He looked on computer; could not find. Again went looking around store and eventually found. Wanted to tell manager about poor customer service. Had to wait 15 minutes.Often visit store in rural Blue Ridge GA. Totally different; very helpful; Each employee has a phone that they look up what you are looking for and always take you to it.

Just about anyone can make copies of keys BUT, if you need to have a lock or deadbolt rekeyed (so all your locks in your home uses the same key), and you’re in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area, Luis in hardware (HomeDepot) is your guy. He is the hardware expert and he knows his stuff. Locksmiths are expensive, Luis can rekey for a fraction of the cost of a locksmith and he’s always there and ready to take care of you. I highly recommend asking for Luis for all your hardware needs.

Excellent store-very clean, well-stocked and lots of helpful staff. Holly at Customer Seevice is especially knowledgeable and friendly.

I am lost in a home Depot but had many items to purchase for a project. John was very helpful and friendly and helped me locate all the items the handyman had put on my list.

Glad to see this store take advantage of training their employee to not only do their job well but to be helpful and attentive to their customers. Much improved in the last few months.

I always find what I need at this Home Depot. I also see a lot of things I don’t need, but I’m tempted to buy. This happens often.

BUSINESS IN THE STORE WAS BOOMING, YET I DIDNT HAVE TO HUNT SOMBODY DOWN TO ASK MY QUESTION. ALSO, EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT NECESSARILY THEIR DEPARTMENT, THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO ANSWER OR EVEN ASSIST. GOOD CROSS TRAINING HD!

Purchased LG Electric Dryer with assistance of Home Depot employee, Charlie Romano. Excellent person to deal with as he made purchase easy and complete. The go to person in appliances at Sandy Springs Home Depot.

I often shop at a store next door which makes your location doublely convenient to both me and my wife

I purchased four $100 gift cards. The gift receipt did not have the balance or the last four digits of the gift card on it. The cashier tried to print them for me but had to call Amy the manager over to assist because the gift receipts only had a barcode… I did not show the last four digits of the gift card or the amount ($100). I explained what I was looking for to Amy and she said Customer Service could help me. I then explained the situation to DuJan in Customer Service and he kept saying the gift receipts with the barcode would be all someone would need. I tried to explain in several different ways that I was hoping to get a receipt for each gift card that showed the amount and the last four digits of the gift card. It is listed on my master receipt but I would like four separate ones to give to the four people these gift cards are going to. He kept insisting that the gift receipt with the barcode was all that would be needed by the recipient and I kept trying to explain that I would like them to have the balance and the card information on there. I asked if there was anyway to accomplish getting me the information. I suggested maybe they could void the sale and re-ring it up as for separate sales. This would give me a receipt with the information I needed on each. He said that was impossible because once gift cards are activated they cannot be returned. I said I do not want to return them I would just like a separate receipt for each one. Then he accused me of not listening to him. I said I am listening to you but I’m trying to find out if there is a way to get a receipt with the information I’m asking for. I said … I understand what you are saying about the gift receipt…but are you telling me that it’s not possible to get the information I’m asking for? Then, in a very condescending tone, DuJuan said to me “repeat back to me what I just told you. If you understand repeat it back to me.” I was flabbergasted in that moment, (he was treating me like a five-year-old). I told him “that was very condescending and you’ve just lost my business.” and I left the store. This is my neighborhood Home Depot and I’ve been shopping here for over 20 years and I am seriously considering never setting foot in the store again because of this interaction. What happened to the customer is always right?

This store does a lot of business and the parking lot is consistently buzzing! Despite the energy outside, staff inside are friendly, accommodating, and take pride in their store. The store is also kept clean and full of inventory. Keep up the great work!
