Kala in the paint department was exceptional and very helpful with our bedroom remodeling. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. As we were self checking out Andrea came over and said let me help you with this. I just don't see this kind of customer service sadly these days but these guys get it, Thank you for that!!

Most times when I visit Home Depot I find the employees friendly and courteous, they usually will bend over backwards to help a customer, and if they don't know the answer or where a product is, they find someone that can help. I was very disappointed in my visit this time. The employee in electrical didn't know how to help me find the item I needed, and she was unfriendly and downright rude!

GREAT STORE PERSONAL WISE AND WHAT IT HAS TO OFFER . THERE IS A GOOD OLD BOY WHO I UNDERSTAND MOVED FROM THE HOME DEPOT STORE IN FLORIDA TO OUR STORE IN SANDUS KY OHIO. WHAT A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE TO OUR STORE AS THIS YOUNG MAN IS THE MOST PLEASANT AND HELPFUL PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DOING BUSSINESS WITH. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING I HAD EVER EXPECTED AS HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS THAT I WAS PLAYING ON MY PROJECT WOULD NEVER HAD TURN OUT THE WAY I WANTED IT WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT . HE TOOK ALOT OF TIME ON A VERY BUSY SATURDAY IN ORDER TO ENSURE MY PROJECT UPON COMPLETION WOULD BE DONE CORRECTLY AND WHAT I HAD HOPED IT WOULD BE AND LOOK LIKE IN MY MIND. WITHOUT BRIAN AND HIS EXPERTISE THIS WOULDNOT HAVE HAPPENED. ,

I always enjoy shopping our Home Depot in Sandusky. The employees are helpful and I can count on finding what I'm looking for. Prices are comparable and products hold the quality I expect.

Store Manager refused to refund or provide store credit concerning a product return. We had spent well over $3K on a Trex deck project. Their Special Services team determined what needed to be ordered. At end of project, we had five boxes Trex fasteners left over still in original shipping shrink wrap. However, since we had passed 90 day return window, we were told by Store Manager that absolutely nothing he could do because of store policy. We had all the original project paperwork and receipts too. And this very product is still sold by Home Depot. We spend a lot of money in the Sandusky store each year and yet they refuse to give us $150 store credit. They will lose way more than that in our business alone.

My name is Ed, I'm semi-retired and doing all the little home improvement project I couldn't get to over the last several years. While in business I met Lee at the Pro-Desk, he has been a wealth of knowledge, pleasant, always willing to help and prompt with his quotes. This may not be the biggest Home Depot in the chain but the people make shopping worth while!

We were in the market for an electric range with burners, not a glass top. Not everybody stocks these. Walked right into this store, found, and purchased. Jason was very helpful. Handled with efficiency and we were in and out quickly for a major purchase. Painless and easy.

Mr. Peaches helped our family pick out a tub stopper. His wisdom and knowledge really helped us in making this difficult decision.

ok did not realize the word limit. Keep getting Spray 9. Its very hard to find. I enjoyed being in the store. I usually don't go to the Home Depot. I see I have been missing out.

Couldn't find employees to check-out. Couldn't find registers that were not self-check-out. If I wanted those, I would have shopped on line. Had questions about product on shelf, but couldn't find employee to ask, so I skipped it and went to Lowe's.

Love the discreet parking. As a bull I use this parking lot to meet with traveling clients who are mostly couples. Have never had any issues here which is great for my clients. This makes wife & husband comfortable while we perform:

store is neatly organized and keep clean, and the customer service is what you would want, you ask and they help. this store offers a great selection in flooring / appliance departments, with better quality and quantity than most improvement stores.

Friendly and helpful employees, but I was forced to check myself out when I finished shopping. I hate the self-service checkout lanes. While they had a few full service lanes in the store they were all closed. There were several cashiers available but they were standing around the self-service lines to offer assistance or answer questions. There is no reason they could not have had one of them working a full-service check out lane. Terrible customer relations at the end of a shopping trip!

The staff was friendly and courteous throughout the store. The problem came at checkout time... there were no full-service checkout lines available! The only way I could check out was to do it myself. I knew how to do this and there were people to help had I needed help, but I hate having to mess with the machine and do it myself. I much prefer having someone check me out. I understand some people may like the self checkout lanes and I have no problem having that option available, but they should always have several full service checkout lanes open.

Mack in the paint department is a great employee. He was very courteous, Professional and knowledgeable when we were in the store and assisted us with signing up for Home Depot Pro Extra. Katie and Sejal were also courteous and polite. Great employees!

The associates at the service desk were very friendly & helpful. Walking through the store different ones asked if we needed help in finding anything.
