Don’t go to this store if you need help loading your items. It is a hit or miss if you will get assistance. We have been twice. First time the experience was great, my husband was with me and they sent 2 guys to help him load the mulch we purchased. The next day I bought 35 more bags and they couldn’t help me at all. In fact, they assisted many different men that checked out after me load their vehicles. When i checked I was told to wait and they would held. So I waited and watched 30 minutes and then went and requested assistance again and was told to load it myself. Little did they know I am 65 years old and have had 2 shoulder surgeries

I live in range of three HD stores and the Sandusky store is the farthest one of the three. I occasionally visit the other ones but if possible I go to Sandusky. There's just something about that store that makes me comfortable.

A big shout out to Leyanne and Sarah on our recent visit! They took the time to make sure I understood the product I was looking at and how it worked.

Evan, our cashier did an excellent job. His quick wit, upbeat mindset, and his never give up attitude made the entire experience very enjoyable.

COLLEEN AT PRO DESK IS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE'S WERE HELPFUL AND NICE.

Was looking for a pre - made garden tool cabinet and with the help of a couple of clerks, I was able to find one that met my needs perfectlyand it was in stock and on sale!

The employees who were helping me took close to 20 minutes in helping me find what I was looking for. When I gave up and was ready to leave, they kept looking and ultimately got me what I needed. Very impressed with the help

Great location and friendly staff

After looking for a specific size kitchen waste basket (13 gallon with lid” on rubber or plastic, 3 showed in stock at Sandusky Home Depot. I found the floor sample, but not the ones for sale. A young woman coming out of the garden department looked them up, moved a set of stairs and got one for my from a top shelf. Another young woman helped me at the automated checkout. Both were most helpful. FYI, I arrived shortly after the store opened for the day. Excellent experience!

Thanks Chad for putting up with my forgetful mind and carrying that big box while I found my car! You went above and beyond helping me pick the right carpet cleaner. Excited to use it now!

So happy that I used my gift card to buy flowers and rose bug spray with money left over on my card. Nice selection, Sydney who helped me find the rose spray was so nice, friendly, & helpful.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by two associates that actually seemed to happy to see people in the store and willing to help. Most times you can't find anyone, and it even seems like they hide from you! My cashier Evan was phenomenal. Excellent people skills and super nice to speak with. Very respectful and friendly!

Worked with Melissa in flooring to Order blinds for home remodel. She was very thorough and professional- knowledgeable too! Got us the best product for the best price.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot, #3866 in Sandusky, since it was built. Have always gotten great service, assistance, follow up, etc. Everyone seems to know where everything is, they know how to order and have appliances delivered effortlessly, they provide assistance on what product is needed for a home improvement job, and more. I highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone in the area.

Don't expect any help returning items. The employees and store manager are incompetent.

This a great store! We always choose this store over the other box stores because of the quality of product selection and the service. Today Kevin rocked it! He should be nominated as employee of the year. He really impressed both of us!

Our Sandusky Home Depot is the best store to shop at. Employees helpful, friendly and courteous on a consistent basis. The store is clean, neat and organized.
