If you ever shop at this store and need a phone sell make sure you go to the pro desk and see Treshaun he's very sweet and work at a fast paste.

Just purchased wall to wall carpets at this store. Ask for salesperson, Cat White. She demystified the whole experience with her knowledge and customer service. So many options and I she made it all very clear.

San Leandro at Davis Street is one of the nicest store that I buy stuff from.

Received the best customer service today!!! Her name is Berenice, and I have to say while assisting us and getting interrupted by customer while Home Depot was short staffed, she still delivered great customer service with a great sense of humor. That’s a gold employee if you asked me.

The service in Garden was non-existent. The service generslly was poor. It was approx. 8:30 to 9PM. Sll helpers were checked out and didn't want to help - "Come back during the day." There was 1.5 hours left for Store hours; that's a long time for HD to pay it's employees to do nothing. At 9:30, the restockers started to show up. They are the after hours ppl. They were far more helpful that the on shift employees. Seriously, Store Management needs ot beoce more vigilent and ensure constant customer service...

The employees at this store have always been extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's the best kind of a working person's store - always busy, maybe a little cluttered - but it has become our go-to store despite San Leandro's highest sales tax rate. Hard to beat this store!

I had horrible customer service experience today. I was given attitude by Dena right before checking out of the store. I understand that you are understaffed but that does not justify the way you acted with my father and I and also the other gentleman that was in front of us. I need to speak with corporate or store manager. I have never before been given so much grossly attitude as I have today. She was not friendly or helpful. I do not wish to go back to THIS store if this is how people get treated on a daily basis. How disappointing.

My second of three trips to this store in one week, this is now my "go-to" Home Depot. Friendly, helpful employees, great prices, and excellent customer service. Bravo.

This is now my "go to" Home Depot. The associates working here were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist me in locating items and loading heavy items into my car. The nursery department was extremely well stocked, and both prices and selection were great. I was shocked to discover how much lower prices were, particularly compared to my local nursery. I will definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and always helpful, I live closer to the Hayward store and prefer san leandro because of the great service. I am never disappointed here

San Leandro CA store. The supervisor with the gaudy rhinestone encrusted fingernails was extremely rude. When I tried to use their price match policy (beat competitors price by 10%) she said “oh we haven’t done that here for a long time”. When I told her what the policy was, she still gave me a hard time because I was using my military discount too. Nowhere on the Home Depot website does it say both cannot be combined. On top of all this, no customer should be treated with such rudeness and terrible service, especially someone who has served this country in the military. Cashier was no better either. I wish Home Depot would allow military discounts for online purchases like Lowes does so I don’t have to go into an actual store and deal with rude and incompetent people like this supervisor and cashier . On the other hand the associate on the floor was extremely helpful. He searched high and low for an item that was not displayed in its usual place. While he was helping me , he was approached by at least 8 people asking where thing were and he knew the exact aisle # in an instant for everything. For a place with thousands of items and 40+ aisles I thought that was pretty impressive! Kudos to him! However his great service is overshadowed by that rude supervisor and clueless cashier so this store just gets 1 star from me.
