All the employees I have talked to are very helpful.

Even with the hussle and bussle of folks buying trees in the rain or ornaments and other items inside the store, they had a great selection and was fully stocked. The elderly greeter was merry and each of the employees that we reached out to were helpful and did not hesitate to direct us to the items we were shopping for.

I love the friendliness of the staff and the convenience of the location. The cashier Saima is always very courteous, professional and welcoming. Great customer service is much appreciated in the fast paced society we live in and San Carlos, Home Depot (hands down) is a great store with excellent customer service!

The service at Home Depot San Carlos, CA was great BUT they are selling old, old, thick dust-covered "Schlage" locks.  Keys and parts are missing in the boxes (for 1. top keyless deadbolt and 2. bottom handle bar), which we did NOT realize at the beginning until after installation.  After installation, because of no keys, we called Schlage Customer Service who advised us to remove this new locks and return them to Home Depot which I am doing in 2 hours.

The parking lot needs a little touching up. Some isles are too small in the lot and some cars get stuck trying to get out. More parking on the south side for trucks and angle parking in the tight lane might fix this.

I am thankful to haveHome depot in San Carlos and for the most part satisfied with the service they provide.No one has every been rude or not willing to try and help me,as long as we all remember to be kind to one another and patient we will all be good ..

Great experience buying a microwave! Anthony in Appliances was knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, the delivery and installation was less than other stores for the same product. I couldn't believe it!

Seems to have a management issue currently. Aisles are a mess and none of the new staff has any idea of what customer service is

I’ve always found help when needed it at this location and the San Mateo location however today I met Ranger and I will now only be going San Carlos. He was above a beyond my expectation ! Frankly I'm blown away. Positive attitude, he was jogging from costumer to customer, he handled all our questions quickly and was funny. He even took the time to walk us up to the front introducing us to Ranjan who was also very kind! Honestly best experience we’ve ever had at an HD. Thank you!

Satma the cashier at this store understands customer service and always helps you with a small . Most of the other employees at this store are not in tune with there customers expectations

I went to this Home Depot store and received such good customer service there. These two gentleman helped me purchase some carpets for my home, they went above and beyond to not only cut my carpet precisely to my measurements but they also wrapped it tightly in plastic. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Check out the excellent service from the professional staff in the appliance department of the store. The entire store seems to have a new, fresh, and cleaner appearance than I remember in the past. Shelves are orderly, walkways are cleared, and it is brightly lit and more organized.

Glenn in plumbing was helpful above and beyond what I'm used to getting at Home Depot. He walked me thru everything needed for a sink pipe replacement (and I'm no plumber or handy person).

the store is very convenient, I have been coming since it opened years ago. the help at the self check counters is excellent.

Very unhappy with the direction this store has taken over the last year. Level of personnel has gone down. Checkout stands eliminated in favor of self checkout. When an item does not scan or there is a problem, help is not always available.

Yes I found the product that I were looking for easily. I was able to get assistance that I needed. The store was very clean. Yes the associates were very friendly and helpful. the

This store has a hard time keeping its inventory within its walls. The back fire alley and sides of the store commonly has large amounts of materials stored there. It would be good to free up the alley and sides for traffic and patron parking. There needs to be more done to remove the loiterers waiting for someone to hire them. Not a good feeling about 10 people hanging out by your car or truck. It's too bad the City of San Carlos and the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office doesn't care. Store is fairly well kept. Employees are there, usually to help however they don't generally ask if you need help.

I've always had a good experience shopping for products for home improvement. A few years ago we had our kitchen remodeled by Home Depot, so you see we have a loyalty to your company.
