clean. Found everything I needed

Saw service people standing around doing nothing, There were customers in isles looking around for service people. The cashier was rude. There was no one near the garden dept. There was a lack of social distancing and no employees wear any protective gloves or masks. Cashier six was less than a foot away from previous customers in my line. I had to ask her to move back to which she had an attitude and was flippant and sarcastic and smirking and laughing. Then she lied when I asked her her name. I found that out when I called the store manager John? He said he would take note of my complaint. I asked him to specifically speak with "Jen." He stated there was no Jen. I suggested he take the number off my register receipt to identify the cashier. He was reluctant and asked if there was anything else. I insisted he write down the register number and he said ok fine give it to me. I dont know if he followed up or not given his attitude about it. Thats why I decided to write.

Good customer service and good friendly environment

I shop at this store almost every day and the employees are great and very accommodating. I don't see them on their cell phone (which is unusual in today's day and age), and they are always there asking for you help. That doesn't happen too often, and I really appreciate their attention on a regular basis. GReat store with great employees.

Great store and service

I walked inside and paid for a propane exchange. At that time I asked the cashier for some assistance taking the bottle out and putting the new bottle into my car. She informed me that she would call somebody. I patiently waited for 15 minutes outside and watched three or four Home Depot employees gathering carriages around the perimeter of the parking lot but none of them coming near me at the propane section. I asked for help from a passerby and thankfully I was assisted. I went inside to Inform the cashier That no help came. She could care less ....just repeated what I had said. Attentiveness to customer service and Fidelity to the customer should be you’re number one priority.

Have never had a bad experience at Home Depot. Always find what I want and there are always people to help with anything I may need. Store always neat/organized. Employees always pleasant. Overall great shopping experience !

We didn’t need or ask for any assistance but the employee walked past us and asked if we needed help and we accepted his assistance.

I find the employees at this particular store are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Plenty of assistance offered by everyone. Store is always clean and things are easy to find.

[1] A good home supply store has to have good products at good prices. All home Depot store get an 'A' here. [2] All home supply stores need a good onsite management team. The Salem Store must have good management teem as things seem to run well. [3] All home supply stores need good sales people on the sales floor. The Salem Store really excels here. The other stores are good but the people at the Salem Home Depot store are real good human beings who enjoy helping people. I drive an extra distance to visit this store, because so far I have never had anyone there give me 'the brush off'.

I have been coming to the Salem Home Depot since it was Summerville Lumber. I live in Nahant and it is convenient for me. I am retired and love shipping here. The workers have always been helpful and I love looking around at all the items. Prices are reasonable and that is important to me, while you offer value as well. A tough combination to beat, especially today. Thank you.

Please note. Most plumbers ..only few..having cracks or not perfect for use..not enough assistance from your customer service at aisle

Was helped by Bob and Tom (who was very friendly) on the floor. At check out was helped by Meghan and Carla, both were very helpful and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. A well-supplied Christmas holiday decorations section, including wreaths, trees, garland, centerpieces.

It's pretty easy to find what you are looking for, the staff is helpful. The cashier I had really made all the difference though. Carla was super friendly and personable.

I am a frequent customer. Staff at the store are invariably helpful and informative. They provided needed info about material and process I need - often on projects that have unusual details. I believe that the staff's attitude reflects very positively on the Home Depot's commitment to customer satisfaction and the training that I imagine helps enable that commitment.

Cashier Andrea absolutely fantastic Tool rental employee, sorry don’t know his name young Hispanic guy about 28 years old dyed blond highlights. great costumer service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Paint department employee again I didn’t get the name I was in a hurry. Caucasian male about 30 years old very helpful, professional and patient.

Store associates here just don’t care. Well 90% don’t. Some actually help. But VERY FEW. the cashiers are the worse.
