My over all experience at Home Depot today was a little hectic on my part, but if you visit RICK in the Hardware Department, he will make your visit a breeze, knowledgeable of that section and friendly.

Great location off the freeway. I just moved to the area and customer service was of tremendous help. Especially customer service cashier Tammy, who took her time to summon the appropriate employee to help with the item I sought for.

This store has adequate parking and the shelves are generally well stocked. The location of this store is great and the staff is generally helpful if you can find someone to help you.

We came looking for trash cans...we noticed there were NO lids to go with the 32 gallon Rubbermaids that we wanted. Luckily there was a rare appearance by an employee in the aisle,Mike or Mark was his name. He went above and beyond to address this. Even to the point of notifying the manager or someone else about it. It turns out that sadly it could have been a result of the large amount of shoplifting that happens at this location. Apparently people just walk out with things,and according to the 'law' there,once they're out the door they cannot be apprehended. That is ridiculous.

I would not recommend for masonry needs.

Poor Service at this location. It's the worst in Philly, next time I'll use the Arimingo Ave Home Depot.

Guy at the Paint Desk were always helpful and friendly. The (only) cashier available on the night I visited this store was also friendly, not rushing people; showed great courtesy with positive energy, even when it close to the store closing time.

I ALSO LIVE IN SCOTTSDALE AZ, ALL SALESPERSONS THERE ARE SUPER NICE. WISH IT IS THE SAME IN PHILLY, BUT NOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE CULTURE IS DIFFERENT. IN PHILLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NUISANCE. WHILE SOME SALESPERSON IN 4101 ARE PROS, A LOT ARE SIMPLY STACK PERSONS. I FREQUENTLY HEAR "THIS IS NOT MY DEPARTMENT" AND WALK AWAY.

Cassandra and Carlton went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The materials were in the back and they quickly located them and brought them to the register. Had a wonderful experience!

One of the best stores in Philly where they have everything imaginable. The employees are dedicated to their customers and go out of their way to help them. I had a great experience with Kenny in plumbing and Rita at checkout. These salespeople were friendly polite and willing to help me find what I needed and made sure I was satisfied. The store is clean neat and organized. If you want good service and want to find what you need without wasting time, go directly to this store. You will be impressed as well as satisfied.

Great paint department

Associates at the paint desk were very disorganized, mid-day on Sunday. They helped several other customers who had just walked up while I remained unserved, waiting at the desk for over 10 minutes. After I finally got served it took another 10-15 minutes to get my can of color-matched paint while it waited in the shaker machine. Meanwhile the associates were distracted by other customers' questions, even though they could have stopped for a few second to take my can out of the machine and give it to me.
