The store is uncluttered, well organized and an array of items with good prices.

Jimmy, Jonathan, & Anne from the customer service department were extremely helpful in completing my mobile payment for a pro desk order. Really great customer service at this location, even with the pandemic making everyone's life difficult. Appreciate their help and patience.

I had a poor experience here

The paint department is slow to respond to customers and allows people to cut in line while you wait for over 15 mins while in line. The staff members do not enforce 6ft apart line, despite floors are marked by X, specifically showing where customers should be standing. It's hard to find assistance around the store.

If you need something in the flooring department, the man you want to see is Mike Boyajian. He will go to the end of the earth to make sure you leave a happy customer, whether or not you find the item you needed. Wish all employees worked this hard for customers.

This store is find the merchandise is there But it needs to have the carts and wagons picked out regularly off the lot and the parking spaces are blocked. The store itself needs a really good cleaning it has for years.

Store 4101 is the absolute best! Everyone is so courteous and helpful.

The store was clean and well organized. The salespeople were very helpful. I asked a woman in flooring for tools I needed to install a runner on my steps. She said this wasn't her department but would find me someone who would know and did she ever! The most knowledgeable flooring person I ever met. Professional, friendly and took his time to explain everything to me. Even walked me to the rental section so I could see what I need equipment I needed to rent. And, walked me to another section so I could select my floor vent. Excellent customer service.

If you are in the market for a new appliance package, ask for Jessica M! She assisted me with our needs and understood our concerns and obstacles. She was able to help us find the appropriate appliance package for our size challenged needs.

Philadelphia's best Home Depot location! The employees are very helpful, and the shelves are generally well stocked.

Encounterd an unpleasant and unfair treatment with the return associate, Tammy. Suggest retrain the customer service skills.

The worst time ever trying to spend $1,914.06 on vinyl fencing that no one seemed to know where it was or how I could order it in fact we were told to order it online so basically you should only come to HomeDepot for screws and nails and business wonder why big box stores are going away when the ppl work in theses stores tell you you should go back home and order on line

Say hello to Jasmine one of Home Depot's Finest! Lucky me...My cashier at checkout this morning!!! I have encountered Jasmine during previous visits to Home Depot. She was courteous, provided me with a military discount once I showed her my ID card & answered questions that I had while at checkout. I did not feel rushed & she was genuinely engaged which made for a memorable experience & visit at this location in South Philly! Our employees are our most valuable asset. This home depot is one of the best. The employees are around and ready to answer questions and assist with customers.Your employee was great and gave great feedback on the appliances when I had questions.

I would strongly come back to this location to shop for home items. Store is really neat and the isles are accommodating. I can always find what I am looking for.

Hello to whomever this concerns, We visited this location because we were interested in purchasing a toilet seat. We asked a store employee and this young man was very helpful, nice and polite. The store was clean. We would visit this location again.

This store is one of Home Depot's hit or miss locations depending on how you are perceived by the employees. I prefer the security personnel there. Sometimes they're more helpful and professional than the regular staff. The Blvd, Aramingo Ave & Oregon Ave have much better public relations than Columbus Blvd.

Go visit Michael in the flooring/rug department. He knows about rugs. Great customer service.
