south Lakeland has always been #1 for me cannot express how satisfied I am every time I shop there' I just moved her 3 months ago and I have shopped there 20 times or more . twice today

This Home Depot location is always well stocked and has friendly and helpful staff.

This is my go to store because they always have what I need and the staff is always the best.

I was able to find what i was looking for without any problems and was able to pay also without any problems.

The associate in self check out was fast and nice helping checking out fast. Her name was Angelina very nice and profesional.

This store was very clean and stocked well. We were greeted when we entered the store and the employees were helpful and friendly. I really like this store

They have just about anything you want or Need in one stop. Shopping was a breeze..check out was fast. The isles were clean and nothing to dodge or trip over, just a great store.

For some reason this manager hates cashiers working in his store. Hes forcing self checkout on everything. We had stones that don't have upc label and no clue how to ring them up. No cashier was around to talk too. Took 20 minutes of fussing to get someone up to help ring them up. WHY?

Natasha in flooring did a fantastic job of picking and loading my floor order . I called her from a location 30 minutes away and when I arrived she had it ready to load on my truck.

Been shopping at this location for a number of years. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically Victoria at the returns desk was very thorough explaining how returns bought on my HD card would go back on it and it was okay that I didn’t have a receipt. She’s eager to help and a definite credit to the company.

Excellent place to purchase your Christmas trees. The associates are very cheerful and helpful. They really made our experience a memorable one!

Joshua from the garden center was awesome in helping us get a tree!! Everyone throughout the store was very friendly and helpful as well.

Every time I go into this store the staff is always extremely nice & helpful. They also are very knowledgeable in there departments. We are first time home buyers and we’re always going in there with a new project in mind. We always have a lot of questions and we always get all of them answered and then some. Keep up the great work!!!

Great service always.

Employees are always willing to help and they let you shop without harassing. Items are always on stock for my DYI projects, store is always up-to-date with the seasons, clean and organized.

The cashier Victoria in costumer service was really nice with no problem or attitude like some other people that work at home depot

Heather, your employee, was very helpful in helping retrieve a floor lamp that was stored above in your higher shelving. She went out of her way to get the lamp down for us.

This store had much better customer service than the Winter Haven and 98N Lakeland store. No one at these two locations offered to assist even after being there awhile. Charlie B at the south lakeland store is what customer service is supposed to look like, she went above and beyond in helping with our purchase even tho it was not her assigned department.

My experience at this store has always been very pleasant, employees very helpful and courteous.

The Associates are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and product is easy to find. I would give the South Lakeland Store 5 stars.

Chris and Emilee-Jane are superstars!! They made my visit to pay for flooring easy and relatively stress-free (the stress was all from me and nothing to do with them)! Chris explained everything he did and Emilee-Jane was so patient with me when it came time to pay. They were friendly, professional and SO patient.

Great customer service. Generally have all the items you need for repairs or upgrades to home or lawn.
