Great store to shop for home remodeling

Products it claims are in stock online are never actually available, employees are extremely rude and do not want to help customers. I’ve been to this store more than a few times and the terrible customer service is consistent.

The store is generally poorly stocked and the employees have a severely bad attitude, this particular time I went to purchase a pole saw, absent 13 in stock, get to the store the shelf is empty, go to the service desk the entrance is blocked by employees chitchatting and laughing, seven minutes later they finally asked me if I needed something, one of them came over to the aisle to help me find the item disappeared and never came back, I had to get the big orange ladder and climb around on the upper shelves by myself to find the stock, this is typical for every visit at this location

One thing unique about this particular store is how the staff remembers you each time that you come in. They don’t only remember your face but they also remember what you had bought and what they had helped you with. Mostly they remember my Teacup Yorky Zoey Monique and I just happen to be with her. I love the fact that it is a pet friendly store. Believe it or not I’m more than one occasion I have noticed customers of this particular store being generous and offering to follow you out to your vehicle and lift heavy bags for you. May be a little thing to some people But to senior citizens it stands out exclamation

The store has two outstanding employees. A young Hispanic young lady at the lumber cashing area by the exit, extremely helpful sorry I didn’t get her name, Victoria at customer service awesome ladies. Can’t express my gratitude to them after a extremely bad day looking for a product of urgent need. Grateful to them

The store is clean, the staff are friendly, and all the things that i need or want is in the store. i definitely recommend Home Depot the store where everything you need.

This particular store always has an employee that will take the time to help, particularly in the paint department. Never disappointed.

In store shopping has all the fixing up needs that there can be... from new ceiling fans to hand vacuums to paint and dowels...just some of the things we've purchased... very satisfied with quality of products.. Definitely my go to store...and if you don't have it there. On line works just as well...

I do not recommend using this store if they are going to continue using same lady to greet people at front door. She is extremely rude. Also they only have self checkout and no cashiers. Very impersonal experience.

Really appreciate the in-store Military discount, wish they also have it for online purchases, also this store does not have equipment for rental facilities, I have to travel across town to rent equipment.

This store has a serious problem. While waiting for an employee to lower the lift so I could access the tool I was there to purchase a line of people waiting formed. The employee in the lift appeared unable to read off a list in order to select the items he was searching for. The employee on the ground could not recognize the people waiting. It appeared neither knew exactly what they were doing. This was the second I had ever been in this Home Depot and it was the same sad experience as the first. I will never go to this Home Depot again. I will make the drive to the store on the north side of town or simply go to Lowe’s.

From helping with specific needs throughout the store to management, an incredibly helpful store! See Ronnie for pressure washers or Chris for doors! Everyone so helpful!!! Clean and well-stocked!

Thanks to Tyler in the lumber department for the great customer service. He answered all my questions and was helpful with making the appropriate cuts to the wood I bought.

It’s a very sad situation, no one in the store seems to care, I was waiting in the checkout line down by the pro area, the regular line and there was 11 people in line, there were four pro associate standing up there a little register areas and not one of them was willing to help the girl who was checking everybody else, store needs new management

I have traveled from Wyoming to Michigan to Florida numerous times, this is undoubtedly the worst Home Depot store I’ve ever been to in my life, the store employees could care less about the customer in anyway, it is just a horrible shopping experience

WORST customer service and management I've ever seen

Sal & Keenan were exceptional today with some flooring that I was purchasing. Both were helpful to figure out how much I needed. Keenan went as far as explaining with small rooms, it is better to have lighter smaller squares to make the room look bigger. He also walked me to the double sided tape I needed for the flooring. Wonderful Customer Service! Sal was awesome as well by making sure I had a straight edge on all of my flooring and a nice cardboard roll for the vinyl. He also informed me of the size being 12x20 because the rolls come in 12 feet. This information was very helpful. They both even tried to help others that came by while still helping me. Dawn in Customer service went above & beyond to help me check out and not making me walk to the other end of the store. She even came out in the aisle & scanned my items and then cancelled my transaction to let me redo it and get cash back that I needed. She also called for help for me to assist with loading. All around excellent visit today which really helped me get through the day. Thank you very much

Need to update website and stop advertising university and pro teams colors of paint available because paint department is clueless!
