Go to the Rowlett Home Depot and let Marty check you out. He is friendly, funny. knowledgeable, fast and will do anything to see that you come back to this store. The store is clean, uncluttered, friendly employees, and they have the items you want or need. Then check out with Marty, great guy! Thanks Marty, I'll definitely come back. He deserves a big fat raise!!!

Employees are very friendly

The woman watching the self checkout registers will get within 6 feet of you, touch your credit card and cough with her mask no covering her nose or mouth - covid alert.

The store was clutter free, almost every employee greeted me as I walked through the store and asked me if they could help me find something. A positive atmosphere!! Loved the buying experience! I found everything I needed right away.

I am only giving a 2 star because of the helpful employees on the floor. The lady at self checkout was profiling me and getting sassy with me. I was hurt, annoyed and went home angry!!!! She had the nerve to bum rush my basket and start grabbing my items out of my cart while I’m at SELF CHECKOUT. Like leave me alone and get away from me

Everyone is nice and caring maybe some issues in customer service but other than that everyone is great

This is by far the best Home Depot store I have ever been to! They have the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff out of all of the locations I have shopped at. I will only shop at this one. It is also a very clean location! They are always neat and organized!

The store is always clean and well stocked, the staff are outstanding and several even call be by name.

Just want to give a shout out to Amy S. in the Appliance department at our HD here in Rowlett. She knows the brands, knows the products and knows the features of each. Their selection is so wide ranging and their prices are as or more competitive than anyone else that there is just no reason to leave Rowlett if your in the market for major appliances! Go see Amy, she's the bomb!

I have lived in Rowlett for over five years and I have shopped at this store numerous times. The employees are always helpful finding the items I'm looking for. I have never had problems returning items when I gotten more than I needed. I WILL BE BACK! The store is always clean and orderly.

THE ASSOCIATES AT THE ROWLETT STORE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND CAN ALWAYS BE LOCATED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. PRODUCT SHELVES ARE FULL AND PRODUCTS CAN BE EASILY LOCATED. THIS STORE IS ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN

Excellent staff associates in the paint department who provided assistance above and beyond what was expected.

Horrible customer service. Employees working the customer service area need more training. They were not WILLING to help and did not seem to have a lot of knowledge of what they were doing.

Felt a little uncomfortable with other costomers not wearing face mask most other stores required to wear to get in store.

I was doing a remodel at my church and they were there to help find the products I needed. if they were of a certain product they found a store close by so we can get the product quickly.

I encountered a very RUDE associate at this store. I called the store beforehand to find out if they had a specific brand of paint in stock. When I reached the paint dept. a male associate asked me to hold and then disconnected me. I called back and he said it was a mistake and then put me on hold for 28 minutes. I called back again and asked to speak to the Manager. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who connected me with the Paint dept. A female associate took the call and was very helpful. When I arrived at the store the male associate was in the paint dept. I told the young lady I was on hold for 28 minutes. The male associate replied that was him, and he was real busy. There was only myself and another person in the paint department.

Clean store, tidy and all employees friendly, welcoming and respectfully were wearing masks including the greeter. Awesome!

Because of inability of material at the Garland store I was directed to the ROWLETT #8951 Store which I like a lot. I was taken care by Susan at Pro-Desk (SJD0962) a nice and a very professional Lady.

The store is clean including bathrooms!. Friendly staff that knows their products and eager to help you. Love the garden area and there is always someone there to help me load.

The employees have always been very helpful. The store is also managing the Covid-19 precautions very well. All without making you feel uncomfortable shopping.

Very friendly and well informed staff. There is always product in stock. If you have any questions they will provide a pro that can assist you.

I mainly shop at 2 different Home Depot locations. One is located in Rockwall,Tx., and the other one is in Rowlett Tx. I find that both stores seem to have experienced employees that can help solve my needs. They also carry most all the products that I generally need. The store prices seem to be very competive with other comparable stores. I have been very happy with the quality of products that i buy. Therefore, when I need a product I think of Home Depot first, Good company.

This location is Always clean,stocked and ready for business. The checkout is always flawless. Best Depot in the Dallas area!
