If you need someone knowledgeable with lawn mower repair, go to Home Depot in the tool rental section of the store, and ask for Joe. He knows his stuff! Customer service at this store is exceptional.

We ordered a refrigerator and were not given any special installation requirements for it. So it was a real shock when the delivery guys said they couldn't install it. I'm requesting a refund and will never buy anything larger than a nail from them again.

Cashier was very helpful offered a home depot credit card to get discount on purchase that day

I have never submitted a review for this Home Depot, because I usually cannot find anyone to help me. My experience on 12/05/18 was completely different. From the moment I entered the store, several employees personally assisted me in finding everything I needed. Dana, Armando and Glenda - thank you for exceptional service!

Greeted at door, employees took us to where we needed to go and didn't just point the way. They didn't leave us until the right person took over. Outstanding service!

Dealt with Sales Person - Tilly in Appliances and Flooring. She was EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Had a very easy and pleasant experience.

I normally do not like going to home improvement stores because of the lack of customer service at a lot of them but this visit was such a good experience I had to share it. Dana took the time to help me find what I needed without making me feel out of place! Super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. AND he did not make me wait to help me. The store itself was clean, I was able to find the department I needed and for the first time in a while, actually found someone willing to help me relatively quickly!

I had great service at the Roswell store last Sunday. The appliance staff was fantastic. They even saved me more money than I thought I would save. Last Week I had a plumbing problem ( I am a lady) and this dear man showed me how to fix it and then sold me the CORRECT items I needed. He saved me money by giving me correct information ... Thanks Home Depot! I fixed it myself... thanks to your employee.

Everyone is so friendly

Today, my family and I visited the store, and saw that a man that goes by the name of Michael Friedman was shouting out, "Free hotdogs!". My young son wanted one, as he was hungry, so we came by and asked for one. Michael then asked if we rented or owned our home, while withholding a hotdog. I answered that we rented, and he then told us that only home owners could have one. To advertise hotdogs freely (and not say, "Hotdogs for homeowners, ONLY) is very misleading. Michael should be ashamed of himself for refusing a hotdog to a child. And Home Depot should be ashamed to have Michael as an employee.

An employee told me the product I selected to unclog my garbage disposer would not work. He walked me to the drain opener shelf and handed me a big bottle of a product called " Drain Opener: Hair/ Grease Drain Opener". He said this product would unclog my garbage disposer more effective than a sink plunger. He explained to me how I should use the product. He seemed very nice and convincing, I purchased the drain opener which was a big mistake. I followed his direction but instead of waiting over night, I checked the sink 3 hours later. The clog garbage disposer was no longer there, but the drain opener eroded my garbage disposer and I ended up with a big hole in it. Water leaked under the sink and to the kitchen floor. An employee inadequate knowledge led to more damage and more mess for me to deal with. I am very disappointed and not happy with new problem and cleaning up I have to do. :( :(

Excellent store, very helpful people. I ran into trouble multiple times, and they've always helped guide me out of it.

Store is extremely clean and organized and associates are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. From now on, this will be my "go to" Home Depot.
